Week 11 - Blue Bombers (7-2) @ stumps(3-6) - GDT

CFL-2022-July-15-Winnipeg-Blue-Bombers-v

And the skinny from our man Tait:

Scene setter:

The Blue Bombers (7-2) and Stampeders (3-6) reached the midway point of the season last week moving in opposite directions. Winnipeg is on a three-game heater since the shocking collapse in Ottawa, including last week’s 38-29 win in Edmonton in which Dru Brown came off the bench to throw for 300 yards and four TDs – erasing a 22-0 deficit in the process. The Stamps, meanwhile, have lost three of their last four, including last week’s 37-9 mauling by the B.C. Lions.

The big news heading into this one is Brown getting the start for Zach Collaros, who did not practice all week.

  • That's unnecessary roughness, but a guy jumping on the QB's head is no penalty.

3 points is nice but come on it was a yard

Well hopefully the never ending interview is over

Don’t understand not going for it there.

What the ****?

We kicked a FG on a third and one?

They said 3rd and 1, but based on where he was down, that was 3rd and 2.  Brady placed it out a yard long after he was down.

You can say what u like but oshea lacks balls. That's a gimme with prukop and our big team.

Never goes for 2 either

Anderson was a great player - couldn’t give less of a **** what he thought of the 1998 Grey cup and I was there.

Weak call on 3rd and 1.5 IMO.  You've got the OL and the run package for it.

Play like you're a dominant team.

That call isn’t playing to win at all. Trust the D that in the worst case you’ll either get great field position or a saftey.

Horse was that close to the going to the glue factory.

Kyrie is so good. Just always involved

TD commercial sounded like it said tittie instead of TD. Lol

Dickenson wastes no time on 3rd  and 1.5

When’s the last time we faked a punt fg or kick off? We used to do that all the time to great effect.

If our pass rush played this disciplined and patient vs Ottawa that wouldn't have been a football game.

Maybe Quebecor will pay for the rights next time.

I honestly hate TSN

What the hell happened to MOS? That was his trademark. It’s the reason he got a HC job.

Holding Calgary I mean really
