  • Even when Nichols completed a pass today, it forced the receiver to hit the dirt and made it impossible for them to make a play. He was absolutely terrible.

Pretty good season guys. Not sure what changes we will make in the off season. I just hope our changes don't result in a big slide next year...i.e. Jeff Reinbold, Mike kelly

It would be a travesty if beating Brandon Bridge and getting a playoff win bought Nichols another year.

It will. That's the way MOS rolls.

Stamps are basically us last week...beat a team with no offense.

Except you had your starting QB play.

Nichols is not a starting caliber QB so we’ll call it a draw.

The same one that beat your sorry ass team, how embarrassing for you.

The problem today wasn’t Nichols. If your receivers don’t get open then what’s he supposed to do?

Nichols was absolutely the problem today. He averaged 3 yards per dropback

There’s really no response to this. It’s like arguing with someone who thinks the sky is green. Receivers were open plenty.

Well, that was disappointing. That was a tough Calgary D.

So Nichols is responsible for not having a target?

I saw open receivers today. Nichols didn't.

Wasn't JUST Nichols. That was a really bad game from our qb. Receivers were bad, play calling atrocious, but no need to pretend he had even an average game.

What did LaPo do today to earn his paycheque?? We played the same way offensively from start to finish. As bad as Nichols played, our OC DID NOTHING to help the guy.

Yeah we lost this year but at least our streak doesn’t continue. Your team had a legit chance to win this year and your idiot coach and mediocre QB crapped the bed.

Don’t think you’ll find too many LaPo supporters after this season. Running up the gut with Harris into a wall when everyone and their demented mother knew it was coming not once but TWICE is a microcosm of everything he is and everything he always will be.

More like idiot QB and mediocre coach.

Nichols was the worst player on the field today. Of that there is no doubt. And LaPo was the worst coach in the stadium, too.

That’s my point. Yes Nichols didn’t have a good game. The Stamps D was lights out today.

Here’s my annual talk to you all at training camp post. It’s been a slice

Lapo should have been fired after the Sask games.  He's been terrible for the last 2/3 of this season.  Defense stepped up in a big way and saved the season.

Oh take your act to Cryderfans.

The people who like to blame the “whole offence” when clearly Nichols was far and away problem number 1,2 and 3 are better off not blaming Nichols at all. We can see through the facade.

Meh, It would realistically take 40-50 years for the Riders to reach the championship level success of the Bombers. That includes us never winning one for another 40-50 years. The streak means nothing.
