Last game of the season, game time is 6PM.  Ottawa resting a bunch of starters.  Win and we are at least 3rd in the West and possibly 2nd.  Lose and we are either 3rd in the West or crossing over.

Most importantly, team has to play well to get some momentum into the playoffs after their horrible outing last week.

Another fun fact:   If we win tonight, Ottawa will have 1st place in the East with a sub .500 record.  If Edmonton wins this weekend, 4 teams in the West will be above .500.

With Ottawa fielding what is essentially a practice squad team, the Bombers need to lay a hurtin' on them. Anything less would be the same as a loss.

Medlock has a shot at a record tonight. I like TDs but I like the Bombers setting league records too. Just good ones though.

......Andrew Harris a couple yards short from the 1000 yard mark...O'Shea playing it safe or if he wasn't aware of how close Harris was didn't play him.. Andrew could have easily made the mark...Team first I guess BUT a real downer for Andrew..

Can't believe Lapo doesn't use Harris enough. What a damned shame.

Kohlert needs to be benched. JFG is the far superior player at this stage. 

If Kohlert isn't an upcoming FA, he's going to need to take a big pay cut to be back next year.

yeah. At one point in the 3rd Q he had 6 carries and the rest of our combined rushes were like 4 or 5. Only 20 carries once this year. Averaged 12.5 per game but combined for over 1500 yards from the line. 

Harris will trade a GC ring for an arbitrary stat mark....

He didn't look happy.  But ya... meaningless stat probably worth a bonus

Sure, but what you missed was early in the game, Lapo completely abandoned Harris when we could have used him. Don't understand that.

Interesting thing I just found out: 

In 2003, the last time we went 11-7, we needed help from Sask (in the final game of the year) to beat BC in BC, to create a 3-way tie....which gave the Bombers 2nd, Sask 3rd, and BC crossed over....

Well I now have to cheer for the Riders two weeks in a row.  I feel dirty.

It was strange that Osh seemed to accommodate Medlock and Dressler in an attempt to reach their milestones but not the same for Harris.  Don't care but it seemed strange to me.  

Bombers did there part, who would have guessed this record at the start of the season it still a chance at a home game
