I think we definitely won the early going in FA.....The one spot that has great implications going forward is at qb......Maybe one of the recent pivot signings, surprises the hell out of us in tc ...Other than that, Elgersma might show up and prove he's the second coming of Rourke or better...A lot of question marks for sure ....however our early signings certainly must have caught the eye few potential qbs. who see us as definite contenders....Will we see a resurgence comparable to the New England Pats????...contender to pretender and back to relevance....Time will tell but so far I like what I'm seeing

Change for the sake of change I'm very skeptical about.....Now if there's good reason for change....and I suspect there might be, it'll take me a long time to adjust to as well...I feel comfortable now a days without change....exception being my underwear

Taylor looks like a 'speedster' type while Cooley was more of 'bulling' type runner....Like the looks of JJ and probably has the talent to stick....We couldn't seem to find a way to keep Cooley although he did 'do himself in' when the fumbles started, and I don't believe anyone else in the league seen enough to bring him in, in any event

Some of it is closer to the truth than others, but at the end not a single one of us knows much about what goes on behind closed doors at PAS. Every team, management group etc has different dynamics/power structures that none of us are privy too. It's why we have the endless back and forth of who is in charge MOS or KW. None of us with the exception of the scouts, Wadzilla and the coaching staff know the answer to that. Every team is different. Every management group is different, so those that may have past experience with a different group may assume the same model is in place with this one....and it could be vastly different. That's coming from someone with years of corporate and then private business ownership experience to glean from.
I think you're looking for the word 'conjecture'....the board is full of it....I don't mean 'full of it'' in the derogatory sense....although some takes come close to it....How some fans can claim they are 'privy' to inside operations is amazing...In the end it ends up being 'controversial' and that's what this board and others feed off...It's all good and I'm sure there's enough intelligent people on here that can sift through the commentary and pass judgement on what is believable and just isn't.....

Wynton is a vast improvement for them though. Gonna be tough sledding for BLM's muscle cream bill this year tho.
McManis definitely an improvement BUT I don't think it makes up for the downgrade in other areas in the hammer.....AND I don't care how much muscle cream BoLevi uses....I think this is the year his arm falls off and sitting on the panel will start looking awfully good

IF we're talking head honchos who have thrown players 'under the bus ' you have to look no further than TO.....Dimwoodie dumped on argo players all through 25'....calling them out numerous times...blaming them for 'inferior play' that cost them the season....Note the mass exodus from the big smoke....I hope he doesn't try that stuff in Ottawa

Do we have enough coin for McManis....I'd like to give Ham a scare by getting in on him...That would put us over the top in 26' if we could swing it....

Riders status with him is in doubt,,,,I don't think his agreement with them worked out.....Doesn't matter to us anyway ...Vaval is returning for 26'
A lot of the back-up qbs that were available seemed to have committed.....One still floating out there is Macbeth???..Guy is a little 'different' at times but he still can chuck the ball

Ford would be too expensive to bring in....As far as a starting qb ...that's very debatable....He can be very elusive as a runner BUT lacks the big accuracy in his passing game ...I want a qb that can do both....Crum started out slowly but now has proved he can do both....pass and run...I'd still give the edge to Crum if we had the shot at him and he certainly wouldn't be that expensive compared to Ford...We'll see what fa brings shortly

Everyone should be given the chance to prove him/her self in any given field...I don't care about 'stigma's or labels attached to individuals...The most important thing to me is 'will/can they be able to actually perform well at the position...The proof will be all out there for Jake when the season commences....jury is out on him...like it is for every individual....Good luck to him in his new job with the team...I along with most Bomber fans will be watching intently....

Hes supposed to be 100% right now, which bodes well. He made 246k max last year and didn’t take all that home. I think if he’s under 250k ish and 2 years or less it’s good. If you get some of that tied to games/sacks etc even better.
He is exactly what we need from an imp dt.
Yeah the 32 is a tad concerning but look at big Stan (I know totally dif positions) and the "supposed to be should be in italics...Totally agree with the last line

Ceresna would be a very nice add...Had a few nics last year but if he's shaken that off he definitely is the type we're looking to add....Robustelli would be an interesting addition....big bodied guy that dbs just hate to get in the way of ....he'd fit in nicely
White has been great in the past....if he still brings it our receiving corps sure has improved..
Nice to see we're looking like we actually want to participate in fa this year...unlike the dismal effort of 25'...Keep it up Walters
