I guess it was great making fun of the Riders when they were just playing bad on defence but now that they have lost another good QB  it feels more like kicking a wounded dog.  Not much fun watching a team lose because of injuries.

It's pretty obvious you have an agenda. You're not quite at the point of making stuff up, but whenever Brohm is brought up, you make excuses for his lackluster play and whenever Willy is brought up, not only do you downplay his abilities, you go as far as padding your valid points with a bunch of nonsense just to try and get extra jabs in at the guy.
 
I literally saw you downplay Willy's numbers in the pouring rain and criticize him for not being productive and then when someone pointed out that he was playing in a torrential downpour, you ignored it entirely.
Then the next day, when talking about Brohm's performance in the same game, you let him off the hook because of the weather even though it wasn't even raining when he played.

On top of that - I keep seeing you mention "exciting" ... is Ricky Ray not exciting? Because that's the mold Drew Willy fits into. Is he Ricky Ray? No, but he's getting there and that's the style of pro QB he is. I feel like you don't like Willy because he doesn't dance around and get you out of your seat. The most exciting thing to me is winning, I don't care how the guy gets there to do it and the truth is, Drew Willy can and will be a winning QB in this league when they give him the best possible chance to succeed (which will basically be when our OC stops making dogshit play calls)

- when Marve was not hurt....Marve was outperforming Brohm. 
- Brohm has way more experience, as a pro (7yrs)....which is why he should be held to a higher standard, at this particular point.
- more of a pocket passer - does not mean much if the passes fall incomplete or into the hands of the opposition.
 
No agenda here.....if Brohm had to go in on Thurs......I would be rooting for him to do well, and help our team win.  After all, he wears the Blue and Gold.  It's only that he has been singularly unimpressive, so far - and the idea of further grooming this guy, given age/experience....does not make a lot of sense.  As far as Marve needing a bit more grooming/experience...and avoiding Tee Martin Syndrome or something....I would not totally disagree....
 
People (in general) seem to think that if you are boosting one guy..... by extension...you are automatically denigrating the other..or vice versa...

Did you miss the fact that it was raining and it was an overall ugly game until the rain stopped? Drew Willy had the highest QB rating in the CFL and highest completion percentage going into the game.

I think you are in the wrong thread bud. Not happy? there's plenty of threads today you can visit. We lost but many of the things that occurred are not our usual thing. With a minute to go we still had a chance so all is good. No reported serious injuries. Time to more on to next week.

The perfect storm. I was unable to see the game because of an anniversary but seeing it this morning really did not upset me. Stoudermire had two brain farts but he's still our best bet. When you think we took them to the last minute we did well. We found out we had a good third receiver and Richards seems strong. The things that cost us the game we probably won't have happen again. Another real positive, we came out healthy I think.

We are 2-2.. We just lost by a point to the grey cup champs..
