at this point shouldn't he be showing signs of learning to throw it away, instead of just letting it fly? I too don't like the way they pick a guy and then blow him up into something more than what he is.

They are all very intense. These players seem very down to earth. I really like their demeanour.

I have an non football, U of M parking lot story.... I went to U of M. had a car parked there in (maybe) Lot U or something. I lived in S. end. one afternoon an oddball guy I knew said to me "________________ , could you give me a ride home?" I said "but _________________, you live in the North end, and I live in the South end... no I won't give you a ride home" He then said something pretty close to "in that case, could you give me a ride to L lot, where my car is parked?" This conversation actually happened. The guy looked as wierd as this sounds. straight out of a cartoon. don't know why I still remember it. also, while a friend was driving us home from U of M dance, my friend the driver was staring at a beautiful girl in the car beside us, and rear ended the car in front of us. gave it a pretty good smash. Being kids, the rest of us got a good laugh. good times!

does not seem to be used much, found another one, same thing. Not much going on. and a pre stamps game erie quiet has enveloped the Bomber fans at mbb. hope ICKahari is ok, he/she has gone quiet. I think the Bombers can beat the Stamps, and as Ed Tait said this am on 1290, probably should have beaten them at least once last year but for a wierd penalty on Darvin Adams which I do not remember. Ed seems to have all the games etched in the old noggin.

If the President of the USA can't find his way five feet from the bottom step of a plane ramp to an open car door without help, conservatives, liberals, Bomber fans, and lower slobovians should all be worried. Treating these things like a football game, "at 7:30 central, it's the liberals v conservatives" etc, is a road to everybody losing.

no. I don't see anywhere that I said or implied that. It's quite a leap. Why should a state with a million people have same number of votes in the senate as a state with ten million people? This is a nonsensical situation. Americans hold billions of dollars of state of Germany's gold reserves, phsysically, in New York State. Looks like MrDee's phrase "c'mon centre" is moving outwards, saw it several times on the other Bomber forum. I've read that he lives in Regina and his wife is from Regina. Letting Dressler go must drive Sask fans nuts. Truly boneheaded move.
