I agree with RTP ... you gotta protect the QB better in this league. Of course if this is the standard. the late hit on ZC 2 games ago shouldve been RTP too.

As much as I hate the Riders, it is fun to watch Rick Campbell's undisciplined Lions take another beating. Cool to see those Hutterite fans in the stands. Will Riders be giving us a run for our money?

Not sure the operations cap is the best thing for the league. Have to think that without it, Jones would have been fired long ago. Imagine if we couldn't fire Joe Mack and Tim Burke because we didn't want to be hampered by the operations cap for the next couple of seasons.
The operations cap also meant no contract extension for Kyle Walters this year. What are the odds he lands somewhere else next season along with Buck Pierce, Dru Brown and several others? I'd like to be optimistic but have a feeling that this 2023 season might be Bombers best shot at winning another cup for awhile ... I'd be OK with that though

The alignment was a dead giveaway. Should've at least try to disguise the blitz as it was so easily picked up. Play well executed by Edmonton but not by us.
