Goltz played very well and I was happy with the team. I didn't give them any chances of keeping it close and they did really well into the fourth. Oc called a good game. Overall our big glaring issue is still the oline that can't open holes or slow down a rush. Durant in comparison had a lot of time to look downfield

Except for the fact that our d was dominant in 2011 and would have won the grey cup if offence had a pulse. 2012 we could have been a contender if we had burris leading our offence with Burris throwing for 5000 + and our defense playing at a lower level but keeping it within a touchdown or two with Elliot and brink in there. Your inability to logically look at our teams issues is unfathomable . If we had Burris last year or the year before we would have won a CUP or at least being fighting into the playoffs vs missing them. We would have won the majority of games with the offence scoring more then 30 points per game last year. but in 2011 these guys weren't on the table. I'm telling you, Burris is not a winner and never has been. There's a reason Calgary tossed him aside. Too many choke jobs. He is the ultimate fair weather qb. puts up big stats but when the going gets tough he wilts. Perhaps he chokes but i think most would rather field a competetive team that has a good chance to win each week then the garbage we have been seeing last season and this season . He did win a cup while at qb which is something and has shown he is productive as a qb most weeks. And since glen we haven't had a qb that can consistently throw for 300+ yards a game. With burris he would have brought much needed stability to a key position on our team which could allow us to groom a successor for the future, while providing fans with some excitement during the game instead of our awesome two and out strategy.

Again, we really don't know that to be true. An offer was made by Wally to get Reilly to Joe Mack. Mack refused. So Reilly was traded to Edmonton. If he would have been traded to Winnipeg then he could have done the deal as Reilly wasn't a free agent yet & still under contract to the Bombers. Was it a risk? Yes, surely. A HUGE risk & making that trade would have been ballsy because of it but considering where our first round pick is now, I'd have done it. And made bloody sure I signed him. We absolutely do not know if Reilly preferred Edmonton over Winnipeg. They traded for him & got the deal done. We weren't privy & never will be to the discussions in Mack's office, so all total speculation about that. We don't know what was said. Bottom line, that Reilly was the best opportunity to try & fix the mess at qb we have now. Not doing anything has resulted in a losing team as well as a scorcehed Earth battlefield with Bomber managemnt & coaching.... So, maybe the risk Mack took was really standing pat. In the end, doing the deal or not doing the deal cost people their jobs. The repercussions are still going on. I'd like to believe that it was out of Joe's hands but c'mon.... Looking at how he's done business in the past, I find that hard to believe. So then please explain why the following two things occurred ... a ) Wally refused to let Winnipeg talk shop with Reilly prior to a trade, but allowed Edmonton to b ) Reilly did not opt to wait until free agency before signing a deal in order to maximize his earnings Devils Advocate but there are possible reasons. a)Wally Hated Joe and didn't want him to be able to sign him a)Wally figured joe was desperate enough to trade away picks without having to discuss things with Rielly/ b)Reilly liked the offer by Edmonton and decided to take what was in front of him vs waiting Edmonton put the screws to him and said sign now, or we are not interested. wpg was going to offer less money (tampering? its not punished in the cfl)

Not sure why you're trying to prove your clearly flawed opinion by comparing Buck to KG. Glenn averaged 22 TD's and 3900 yds per year from '05-'08. Buck has thrown 25 TDs and about 6000 yds in his entire Bomber career!!! Yeah, we were probably dumb dumping Glenn when we did, but suggesting we're about to make the same mistake with Buck is laughable. Dumping Glenn is what happens when management listens to its fan base vs doing what is best for the team. You don't replace your starting QB until someone plays at the same level or above consistently enough to make the switch.

Well... I think we can all agree the our OC sucked horribly throughout the season so far. Buck looked Bad, Goltz looked about the same and Hall had success but the 2nd half we always stopped moving the ball. I think Buck would do alot better with the new OC, but i also think the same holds true for Goltz and Hall.. If Goltz and Hall perform at the same level as buck, why not let them play instead of buck???? Goltz and Hall are still learning and if there play isn't hurting us, then keep playing them.. They should only get better as, IMO, they haven't peaked. yes the playoffs are still possible... But playing buck doesn't help our QBs get any better for next year. If we can move on for buck by slugging our way through with GOltz and Hall then we should do that.. I think most of the fans realize we suck and aren't going to make a huge run at the playoffs... UNLESS.. MB is able to decipher the playbook and run only the plays that suit the CFL, and can react to what the defenence is attacking and leaving open.. Based On last Game, Hall looks like the Best QB on our team right now... but i'm not sure that would be how it looked had he been starting on day one, of GC calling a shitty game..

This is not our staff. We have no control over it. I'm a fan of the team and really I can call them whatever's I like as long as I'm not slandering him...

Give belifool a chance with the offence to field something competitive and see how a rested d looks like. If crouton was in fact the reason the offence sucked, it may just turn around the team to push for a playoff card. If not start fresh in the off season

Stupid iPad keyboard... So used to my z10 not screwing it up. Mack wouldn't bring in someone that is capable of being his replacement I don't think. The coaches, if what Burke said was true, are the ones that need help. My guess is its the offense. What Coaches or gms for that matter are a) available and not currently under contract and have enough cfl experience to make and immediate difference? If there is going to be a coaching or GM change then they need to do it in the offseason when they can promote someone from a lower position on another club like dickenson (or whomever) I really wish we could get someone like bouno or huffer in to finally straighten out or ******* club.

I dunno.. he was the fall guy.. But i think it pretty obvious that now that lapo was not the issues.. the team has continued to struggle to win games.. offence is the same ****.. Player movements to upgrade or address our offensive woes are non-existent. It appears the the players are a main part of the issue and an inexperienced OC is making things worse.

i would love to fire mack now.. But that is just out of anger and would not accomplish anything unless kyle walters (sp) has a better relationships with other gms in the league and can make something to happen to solve alot of our issues quickly.. But there is no way to know wtf is going on
