The two rook DB's....Alford and Nichols were terrific...

On that kick off Reinbold has one job. Make sure the returner knows what to do. Either a bad call to take the knee or bad coaching not making sure he knows it had to come out. Reinbold won us a cup finally, lol. 

I said I wasn’t going to cry this year. I cried in 2019 because it was the first Grey cup in my life time. My grandpa coached provincial football and was a hero to me and he  died of cancer in 2016. My dad stopped following football after that. They won several championships in midget, high school football, and coaching team Manitoba but I was with my girl friend tonight and balled my eyes out. I wish my grandpa was here to see this. So much disappointment in my life time. I love Canadian football.

I promise you that. 

Start and end the season earlier.
Games on Thursday through Sunday before the NFL starts. Thursday through Saturday after the NFL starts. More game nights, less triple headers.
X Canadians, Y Americans, Z Globals. QB's are treated the same as any other player ratio wise. Teams can dress as many or as few QB's as they want.
Longer work days, more contact practices.
No divisions. Top 2 teams get a bye. 2 & 3 get home games. 2 plays 6. 3 plays 4.
16 game season. Every team plays every other team twice. Saturday playoff games. Sunday Grey Cup.
2 year contracts with an NFL window. Teams retain rights of NFL window players who have another year left on their contracts.
 

Probably money savings. Getting a decent us project qb to come up still costs a decent penny. 
 I don't see any reason go not have 2 imp qbs and 1 Ni slot on the active roster. Maybe give teams the ability to opt out due to injury but make it a bonus roster spot. 
Maybe they don't want 3rd stringers covering kicks like Bennett was for us. But they could put rules in for that too. 

After 20+ years of misery finally ending 2 years ago, and the dreadful coaches, (like Reinbold, Daly,  Kelly) GM's (Joe Mack), and QBs (like Lefors, Bishop, Brink, Brohm) the fans of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers have an immense sense of pride in a Winning football team.    And noone saw a 7-1 start for the Blue.
Most of the people I've dealt with on this board are neither cocky nor arrogant fans (Jcon, Noeller, 17to85 to name a few) . In fact they quite knowledgeable and can facilitate discussion on what is supposed to be a discussion board.
What I also see from this board is a passionate and knowledgeable fan base.  Many will confuse that with being arrogant/cocky.  We may post stuff that sounds arrogant, but it's backed up with research and fact.  There is also lots of good natured ribbing that goes on here too.  We're adults and can take a joke 
So take off the green, orange, gold, or whatever team color lenses you wear and try to look at things objectively for a change and engage in discussion.  
If you post ****, be sure to back it up.  Also keep an open mind that your viewpoint may be different and be open to correction from your peers.

remember the season this team didn't even bring Jake Thomas to camp?  guy has been a rock since then.
and his emergence helped give us DA at safety, so he has been enormous for us even beyond his play.

We don't talk about the role of the Board. And, that's a good thing because they've stayed out of the way. 

I love that alternative bomber logo. I know they are gonna have it on the blanket, but Id love it on a hoodie / shirt too. 

I’d just give the job to Leggs.  Let him work through his yips knowing the team has faith that he can.  Might take some pressure off and allow him to just go out and kick.  At least he’s young and has potential.  Not to mention, he was what?  92% in college?

But that's exactly why it was a penalty.

2- Head contact
3- Facemask grab and twist, actually pulls the QB to the ground by the facemask.
That one is called 99 times out of 100.

Also now that the good guys won I can point out that the refs were awful (to both teams, really) and TSN continues to do a terrible job of covering CFL games. That they avoided discussing a bunch of the huge calls (or no calls) shows how dumb they think their viewers are.

Why did we kickoff both halfs? Unless it was a gale force wind, that just seems like questionable coaching to me. Not that it made the difference, but very strange to me

Kyle Walters is absolutely killing it this off-season.

Not enough can be said about the Bombers providing Manitobans with the opportunity to share in the Grey Cup experience. For example, John Rush and Thomas Miles visiting the Children’s Rehab along with Boomer the mascot.
Terrific experience for all I’m sure. Well done!

Likely replacement for foot soldiers like Hecht, Rush, Janke...depth guy who can take snaps on offense if needed but trusted contributor for special teams.
