I wonder how many other STH will find themselves in the same boat, really love the Bombers , bleed Blue and Blue, can't stand loss after loss, but in the end can't justify continuing being a STH. 

I keep saying this & a lot of members take issue with it but if we go 5-13 & miss the playoffs again & there is no HC change how does Miller sell any hope of improvement to Bomber fans & in particular season ticket holders? I don't think you can. If changes aren't made I'm concerned that the ST base will crater. The team will have no credibility. Miller can't just go on saying everything is fine & on track with the management & coaching staff in place. 

One game lol. Granted a fantastic one game, but still...ONE GAME. May Mike Kelly's quote of a schizophrenic fan base live in infamy.

Oh look, it's SuperFan. I've been a fan for over 30 yrs, sometimes you have to look away from a trainwreck. You know what drives me up the F'n wall? People who think "their" level of being a fan is better than anyone elses. GFY.

Not to mention the fact this city gave Westwood a break for pretty much of the 2000s and losing the 2001 Grey Cup. He was freaking awful from 2001 to when he was forced out.

Brohm has been in pro leagues for what 8 years? This is LH's 2nd year. He deserves a break because he's still wet behind the ears and there's still a good chance he gets it together.

Crappy teams find a way to lose. Sure even one one of those four FG would have won the game but there were the usual undisciplined penalties, plenty of great punt returns wiped out by penalty, utterly useless offence for half the game, dropped passes, and so on and so on. Second week in a row where there is a convenient scapegoat that masked many other ways this hopeless team handed the win away. I take no solace AT ALL that it was close or whatever the positrons want to say. I saw a bad team lose again and unfortunately because of the Lirim excuse and the game being close I doubt any real changes of significance will be made and this team will remain either slighhtly below middling or the butt of the league.
Oh I also think that was the last chance for a win this season. They stand no chance against Ottawa and TO. They will lose to BC next week.

they hadn't lost the game at that point but they were behind. The bad call didn't cost us the game. It may have contributed but it wasn't the sole reason why we lost. 

Just watched a bunch of the videos and Adams did step back a bit from the line BUT he was within a yard, as per the rules. The official ... looked to be a yard off the line.
 
In the end though it should never have come down to this the Bombers lost the game largely based on a crappy third and first 10 minutes of the fourth. It is also pretty hard to win games where you possess the ball more than 10 minutes less than the other team. The call sucked and the Bombers deserved better but they shouldn't lose sight of the fact that they had lost that game largely before that point.

Sometimes you see people do things and think there must have been a reason why it happened. But after investigating you find out it's only because they're stupid.

Lawless is a good writer but when he starts talking... I kind of zone out.. basically rambles somewhat incoherently for 3 minutes and doesn't ask a question more like a statement that ends with do you agree. That's his questions really... blah blah blah blah do you agree ??

Zach Collaros is a terrible QB, Jon Cornish sucks as a RB, and Soloman Elimimian doesn't know how to tackle to save his life.

Why would Sask. deal Glenn? I doubt it would go very far to fixing their issues and it would be a step back on offence (though Smith was progressing fairly well).

I've never been a pro coach or ran a football practice. But I've been to LOTS of Bombers practices over the years. The Friday practice right before the Montreal game I attended concerned me. Lots of joking around and seemed to be a real lack of focus.

On Friday, September 25th, I'll be coming to Winnipeg for the game and bringing my adult son for his first ever taste of CFL football.  I'm not asking you to win, but please don't stink it up like you did in Montreal.  At least try and act like you actually want to put on a good show for your fans, ok? Can we do that one little thing?
 
Also, if it's not too much to ask, could you do a public firing of Marcel Bellefeuille before the coin toss?

I am neither for nor against Dragon.  You might say that I'm Dragon neutral.  Having said that, Mr. Dragon, you do realize that he reports rumors, but that's because he leaves the reporting of facts to the reporters, while he looks for scoops.  Pretty hard to "scoop" a Bomber media release, right?   I think it's fair to say that he doesn't just hear something and then broadcast it.  It does seem that he'll only talk about stuff that has either multiple sources or is from someone who would be in a position to know what they are talking about.  It seems to me that when he reports on these rumors, he turns out to be right a lot more often that random chance would allow for.

Ottawa did what needed to be done and not just the bare minimum. Seriously, though Walters has basically already admitted that he doesn't see the whole picture very well. It took a year for him to do something about the OL, he barely did anything about the D line, he didn't bother trying deal with Sear's spot by finding an actual LB, he barely addressed the Canadian talent, didn't bother looking for any more receivers, etc, etc. Never mind some of his current hires in the coaching ranks. I won't even address the whole rebuilding attitude, other than to say that's for losers.

And further to that, the special teams didn't quit, they just sucked. It's been a problem all year, when your guys can't get down the field and keep the holes closed it doesn't really matter what the coach is saying. For all the praise Walters gets he's really failed in gathering depth on this team. Injuries to any position and we're totally ******. Do we even have an american who we can consider an ace on special teams? At least Unamba could run down field and cover kicks. We always had guys like Suber in the past as well who got down field quickly and disrupted things.
