Best Rod Black F-up is on one play he said " he was stopped in his tracks... after a 3 yard gain" . I kind of thought stopped in your tracks would be no gain.

Ottawa situation doesn't count even though I agree with you to a certain extent. They start out with a draft to help and have no salary cap issues. Every team is paying out a old contract or two or whatever.
