Yup. Canada is obviously no where near the worst places in the world. But we’re also not nearly good enough. It’s always great when white males tell you there is no racism though. Walk in the shoes of a minority for one hour and they’ll see....
The alt right has made it far too acceptable to be racist now. And then in turn when someone like Trudeau does blackface, liberals feel like it’s okay cause they’re getting away with one too.

Well it's a huge #storyline, obviously. Like can you imagine? A father...being proud of his son? Or his hot wife...attending a game in which he is playing.
Just crazy stuff right there. Who needs a game when you have those #storylines? Nowhere else does this sort of thing happen in the CFL. Truly heartwarming and inspirational.

We ran a quote from him in our news today where he said "if I could do it again, I'd use different words" and that's exactly it. He used the wrong words entirely and it finally bit him. If he'd walk it back and apologize, I think they'd have moved on and let it be. Apologizing sincerely is the only thing that saved Trudeau and it could have saved Cherry....but...he's made his bed and we all have to move on.
