It's been a few years, not just quarters.

I remember a time during the Jim Daley era where they didn't have a DC and Doug Brown said they basically went "sandlot" and just made **** up on the field on their own, because they had nobody calling plays for them. It was, of course, an abomination. It led to Jason Maas setting a CFL record for consecutive completions, etc....

I haven't been this sickened watching a lack of defense since then ...

Richie Hall will forever be underappreciated I think. I like JY too but he got smoked tonight. Just not anything you can consistently count on each week

His scheme has taken all the big plays out of the D.

Like even with the same players. When we started having the breakdowns in losing the Grey Cups and not coming up with the big plays.

Hall's D led the league for years in turnovers and basically sustained this team as a playoff contender with mostly average QBing from 16-19.

Guys are so worried about being on the right route that they aren't even reacting to the ball in coverage. We'll only get an INT if someone volleys the ball up in the air.

JY has some overly complicated stuff for sure but it’s also just a severe lack of playmaking talent, LB’s especially.

Yeah when in the younger defence have you seen guys in coverage step into a route and pick off a ball ..not often

He doesn't allow guys to get in a groove or any flow..too many moving parts..minimal consistency in scheme..I dont even know what his base defence is to play off

Play ELi at center and get another American receiver on. Zach not even looking at Cobb or whoever.

While I think I agree a TD followed by onside kick followed by TD ties the game. Teams have scored 20 Points in the final couple minutes before in the cfl.
