Yeah banks is interesting. Certainly appears to fit the big play big target criteria and only 24. So yeah. That’s a pretty big positive. I guess tho.  What’s this all about? 
 

On September 24, 2025, Banks was suspended six games by the NFL due to undisclosed reasons.^[13]

White is a good signing... gives us a nice top 3 in Pokey-Demski-White (in whatever order you choose)... as others have mentioned... I would also like to see an under-the-radar/under utilized guy like Shamar Bridges or Joe Robustetelli added to the group... maybe given more opportunities, one of those guys could emerge as the "next guy"....

Yeah the only good ones available seem to be Ceresna and Carney. Rose would be interesting but hes 33. As for de Jenkins and Jaworski both showed potential

 It is worrisome that once again we dont have much im the way of potential dt on roster

part of reason why he landed with us....by time they rescinded and allowed him to be able to play....most teams were already set...so to speak...Legit talent that we lucky to have scooped

Yeah White not necessarily without faults. But he should come in and be a more of a legit number 1 guy. Last year we came in with many 2-3 guys hoping that we didn't need a top flight guy and it failed. I don't think there was anyone out there that would be as impact of a signing, so we needed this.

Would really like it a lot if we signed Mack or Robustelli because of the size and catch radius, but White is a big improvement at one receiver position for us. Gotta be honest. never been a huge fan of his and would like this a lot less if Condell weren`t here....but it is hard to deny that he and Condell seem to fit very well together.

Ceresna is straight up nasty. If we’re going to continue the rush 3/4 at the quarterback we need some big boys that are going to get through the interior quick. Ceresna is that guy. Par him with Lawson and all of a sudden I think you’ll see more opportunities from our ends.

Does he want to leave Edmonton?  He took less money than offered elsewhere to go back there a couple years ago.  I know his wife works in healthcare out there and family was one of the reasons he went back.

Would be a massive get for us. Sounds like Edmonton wants to allocate his money elsewhere, or may have already.

no. In fact they're going to only play with 9 guys on the field because they can't afford to pay anyone else.

We should. Kyle didn't spend to the SMS last year for sure based on him saying the 400k was not spendable, so a bunch of those contracts should have hefty portions paid on last year's SMS. We had no big contracts signed at any point last year after the 400k was announced.

So much speculation and conjecture... Nobody knows anything. One of the only things we DO know is that Walters said we would be aggressive in FA this year, which tells me he knows he has some money to play with.
