Forced compliance rarel;y produces transformation, and O'Shea will see his 3 year contract as a validation of his modus operandi. Edited 5 hours ago by Tracker
Pete Posted 2 hours ago Report Posted 2 hours ago (edited) OShea has always done it according to some formula in his head, but this upcoming year I'm hoping (maybe unrealsitically) he and Walters take a good hard look at what went wrong in '25 that we finished 4th in the western conference. And what is needed to change. Our offense was disjointed and lacked direction. Our oline wasn't good enough. Our dline was in the bottom 3rd of the league. (hard work +Experience) > talent Edited 2 hours ago by Pete Tracker and rebusrankin 2
