In all honesty....what evolution have you seen since 2022?...if anything I have seen regression. Another bee in the bonnet too is his force feeding his need to play more Canadians than required due to his Patriotic Canadianism bias....which it totally is and structure his roster accordingly. Lots of people will crap on American coaches for their American bias...and seemingly neglecting some Canadians...but in actuality they are playing their best players....With Osh it's the opposite....you can disagree all you want but it's been smack dab in our face the last 2 yrs.....if anyone seriously thinks excessive Thomas and Schmeck playing on the dline is better than any 2 americans we have....or could have brought in during the season until we found the right guy(s) is seriously delusional....we didn't have to do that at all....but we did

Schoen...maybe there's some talk there.  If he's healthy in these past 2 Grey Cup games we win.  But again...personnel side, what are we doing?  We had a whole season to replace Schoen this year and we already had a receiver derby in camp because we needed to fill a couple spots.

one of Osh'S other big flaws...is whoever he breaks camp with...for the most part thats what it is....he won't waver...change...bring in anyone new...e=even when guys are just not getting it done...or good enough....thats not good

My fear is they keep the coaching staff and the same old core.

Really the receivers are a huge issue.  OL too.  Yeah Collaros struggled, but man, not a lot to work with.  And you can't just hand Oliviera the ball 20 times and think that's going to work.  Need some guys out there who want the ball, who can figure out how to play against zone.  Big drop when we lost Wolitarsky.  Need to make Demski a role player who can make the odd catch, take the odd hand off, not a critical piece but a guy the D has to respect.

We went from 19-21 with OL where we could handle anything to 22 when we started to see some cracks to here in 24 where we ditched probably 2 of our best 3 OL and felt it.  Lofton is a very average American tackle, nothing special.  We didn't replace Gray's mobility.  Dobson is like a Madden 77.  Mauler with slow feet, really struggles in pass pro.  Neufeld's decline has been gradual but getting sharper.

If I'm Wade Miller I'm walking into February willing to spend $2 million plus on receivers, OL's and guys who can rush off the edge.

The bolded point I get for sure, you can’t just go up the gut 20 times with no passing threat.
 Not using Brady inside the 15 with a backup QB in the game, with the box not stacked was ridiculous.

Ummm...I'd argue that yes, you sure as **** can. If not hand offs, screens flats etc. At what point did TO consistently stop that guy in all 3 games played?

If you can run 9 times for 10 yards a pop, you can run 20 times in the game. 
 I don’t think fixing the ol will be easy. I’d start by flipping an imp at G though.

Lapo is a student of the game and while I think Lapo’s system is stale (and him too conservative overall) he IS an upgrade over Buck.

Wilson literally got two wide open throws to the back pylon for TD's.  Missed the first one, put the second one right out there for Wheatfall to make the play.

They schemed that perfectly.  The box was stacked.

well...Smith was more than fine...and probably would have got better...plus he has the most explosive speed on the team....so management had a guy....Osh refused to play him...he did nothing to play himself off the roster. an that other older punter was 2x the punter that punter guy is....but he had the freaky goofball style Osh got all horned up over...so it sealed the other guys fate...that dude could boom it if need be and had serious hang time.....

The chiefs lost today also. So it was just one of those days. 
 

Also not putting the L on the refs but it’s fitting Ambrosies last cup is flag filled. 

I'm not sure lapo is an upgrade. But  buck is stale...at least with the talent we currently have

Yup, Smith would have been 100x better than Lucky returning, I meant botching the Grant situation. 
And like you said, Walters is the boss. Part of being a good boss is not micromanaging, but part of it is also stepping in when the people underneath are clearly ******* up.
