Lions unraveling....and taking helmet off on field is usually a penalty...well used to be...taking it off and throwing to ground should def be a penalty

It used to be a flag just for removing your helmet. Haven't seen that called in a while though.

Same thing when players throw up their arm asking for a flag. I haven't seem that called in a while either.
