Tehedra Posted September 29, 2017 Report Share Posted September 29, 2017 The term encircle is actually in the rules; but I only found it used in three times and it is used as a penalty except for if the player being encircled is the ball carrier. Powell is ripping up the Rider defense and on both stalled drives they got away from Powell on first down forcing the Red Blacks to pass on second and long.. If a kid dedicated him self to kicking/punting in HS and followed a wise supporting set of sports they could very nearly guarantee a TC shot at the least. Even more so if you are a nuck.
