We’ve done very well with other teams reclamation ol. Bond and hardrick were both off casts. I would not at all be surprised to see us bring in a similar back up imp from around the league. Maybe even bring back one of our former pr guys who’ve been around the league.
We had a couple tackles on the pr last year with high upside wouldn’t be surprised if one or more corn back.

Could pick up former Bomber OT Eric Lofton if Gray isn't resigned, he would be a cheap acquisition and played in a few games last season for the Riders and one entire game for the Bombers in 2022.

I dont think the production is what makes brady unique, its the production combined with the versatility and the passport. 1500 yards is rarer now because teams just dont run that much these days.

The Offence was pretty different with harris, a lot more check down to harris based than last year.

The Bombers have reshaped the running game in the West significantly, every team is prepared to go to war with a tough running game now.

I think you're overestimating the production we'd get out of random american back. There's a lot of backs around the league....Brady was several cuts above.

Those speedy backs that shred college defences by running through massive holes, tend not to hold up well when they have to bust through the line to find space, and are met by pro level tacklers.

True - but Bradyball works better when you have a lead. That comes after Schoen racking up TDs.

I love Brady, I’m glad he is back - he is the best RB in the league. However, giving him bank is not high on my priority list.

I think it was the WF game against BC, on the opening drive they fed Brady 10 times consecutively marching the ball 70 yds. for a TD, that was the most definitive statement of Bradyball.

That's not a position I'd care to spend at unless the player is exceptional.  Thurman isn't.  The difference between him and say a Malik Clements is negligible in terms of winning.

I'd be very happy if they could re-sign Clements, Cole is a good multi-tool guy but Clements is more polished, with Bighill aging out they need them both.

he was on the 1 game injured....not sure how that equate considering all yr he was a PR guy...he's likely making 85k max as his deal next yr

To end up on the 1 game, he had to be taken off the PR so a minimal level contract is involved, same deal for Alston, Fox, Garbutt, Haba, Karamoko, Kelly, Murphy, Schmekel and any one else they wanted to hold onto.

Imo gray should be a rt. That said, idk if he’s ready for that switch. He struggled at times in pass pro at guard last year.
Between he and Richmond we should have a good battle. Let the best guy start.
Richmond instantly makes us better in pass pro but arguably worse in run pro.
Bryant Neufeld Eli Dobson gray/richmond is the best case scenario. And that is an improvement over last years line.

If Dobson has a reverse gear, I've never seen it.  Great run blocker but haven't seen him much in pass protection, if they move Gray I think Eli moves to OG.

I feel he’s moving on to his engineering career unless he’s not done yet but he’s taking it at U of M or was so.

not sure he’s back honestly. I’d think he’d have been signed by now if he was coming back. If he’s still in school we are his only option really.

Doubt Gray is still in school, he started pursuing his Masters in Mechanical Engineering in 2018 after graduating and he's obviously a smart guy, a program like that usually takes 2 years.
