Was nice to see Zach looking more like his old self. The throw he made on the play he got injured was great. Stepped out of a sack and launched to where Lawler had a chance at it. 
 
The int wasn’t horrible either. Wilson needs to be stronger to the ball. Same thing happened with Lawler last week. 
 
Hopefully he’s good to go next week but we could win the banjo bowl without Zach. I don’t think Strev looked as bad as people are saying. Made quick decisions to get the out. Didn’t attack down field but they mostly were running the ball playing with the lead. 

On the PI at the end, definitely agree that it was a set party by the riders to draw the penalty. Kudos to Holm for running the clock down. If he hadn’t taken the int and run around they would have had 8 seconds or so with a stopped clock. Enough time to get into range for their kicker.

Beauty part of the whole weekend so.far the pretenders just fell to 3rd and if the Stumpera win they will have same amount of wins as rhe 4th place team...only saving grace is that tie they fluked out...beautiful 

Didn't realize it but the Rider DL who cheapshoted Zach also did it to Dru Brown earlier this year. Suspend that *******. Hell, kick him out of the league. No need for that ****. People pay to watch the QB, not the DL.

Why don't we have guys on the PR?
Why are we signing guys on the PR?
Some need to pick a lane.  Our fanbase getting dumber, or just a few?

Our best game for QB pressures this season was home vs BC
DL was Garbutt, Schmekel, Thomas, Adams, Woods, Jefferson.
At BC we killed them with coverage, often dropping 9, very rare we didn't drop out less than 8 in that game.
To me, Haba is the luxury.  Easy to cover that edge rush with the extra backers and we run a ton of 30 fronts anyways.  Adams being on over him is obvious based on the strengths of our current scheme and Haba not being that impactful of a rusher.

They are playing to win the Grey Cup this year.  They could give a rip about the 2025 CFL Draft.

Biggest difference now is that the 7th OL has to be American. Harder to make the roster work that way.

I also wouldn't be surprised if Vanterpool doesn't come on at all. If Big Stan is A-OK then maybe they just role with 6 Olinemen. I still like my idea of Adams coming in as the second TE to f*ck **** up.
Does MCI still have some time left on the 6-game? Totally agree it would make more sense to get him on over Schmeck.

Peter is probably Adams....Paul being Vanterpool...if thats where we go....Still think that the smart move is to remove Johnson for Vanterpool if Woli is back and leave the dline intact.
I wanna see what the big guy has on the oline so hopefully thats what we do...Johnson has played 8 games...has 18 grabs for 138 yards...pretty sure we be just fine with whatever a combo of Woli/Clercius gives us there, and with the right passport to allow us to make our defence stronger

I 100 percent expect Stan in...and yeah we may just roll with 6 guys as Clercius has done a killer job in the run game, and Woli back too is huge for that so that 7th ol guy really is a minimal need...especially when only option is an import who steals talent that would see lotsa reps on defense...a big athletic guy like Adams would be a nice piece in the jumbo set...totally agree

I hope he got half a million up front.  Otherwise incredibly stupid career move.  Likely doesn't have an agent.
