Just because it was worthy of a 15 yard penalty doesn't mean it is suspension worthy. Guys head but other guys after the whistle a ton. I have never seen someone suspended from it and I would not expect Robertson to be suspended either. 

Yep that single for ten yards of field position in a close game was awful
