All teams deal with injuries. That's the issue. Last season the Eskimos basically played with 4th and 5th stringers for the lions share of their team and still managed to make the playoffs then bounce us.

Does anyone here really believe our coaching staff should return if we miss the playoffs this season? 5 full years zero playoff wins and regressing? Playoffs or bust as far as I'm concerned. No excuses.

I wouldn't be shocked if MOS was an arrogant, smug prick in real life. He certainly gives that impression off on the sidelines , but I wouldn't gamble a dollar on it because who knows how people are in RL. I will gamble a lot on this statement though: MOS is on the lower end of the 9 coaches in the league for competence and intelligence. He strikes me as remarkably bad at making critical choices and decision making in crunch time, suggesting he's not exactly a world class thinker.

BC needs to redo their abortion of a jersey set. Edmonton needs to ditch the black as does Calgary Saskatchewan needs to drop their tramp stamp Winnipegs home jerseys are perfect. Away needs a minor tweak to ditch the blue on the shoulder Toronto needs to go to the boat logo yesterday Ottawa is fine Hamiton fine Montreal fine Done.

I'm a realist. This team hasn't delivered a championship in 28 years. The current staff hasn't even delivered a playoff win in 4 and likely 5 seasons. I get that it's probably less aggravating to be naive about the state of the team and blissfully float along thinking success is merely a corner away. But the track record of this club, management, and coaching staff say otherwise.

The sanctimonious disregard for others opinions who don't share your pie in the sky drug induced vision of our crappy performance this year is overwhelming.

DeVone Claybrooks already has a far better resume as a coach than MOS did when we hired him.

Bad news for the Nichols haters: Streveler looked pretty bad too. Let me just back off a little and say before I continue that Nichols had a terrible game and his 2 pick 6's were clearly the difference. But Streveler tossed a pick, looked deer in headlights, and had one good drive in half a game. He's not the answer. This is definitely a coaching and personnel problem. I don't know who should start against Montreal... but I have a really bad feeling that either option will not drive much in the way of results. Montreal appears to have found confidence and a spark, while our team is drowning. I just don't think you can go back to Streveler against the Als after his total inability to move the offence in the 2nd half. He had 1 good drive and then had the same problems Nichols had: no one was open. The scheme was terrible. Nichols has to try and stop forcing things and I think he remains our best chance to win... but has to cool his jets. He's clearly fighting it hard and trying too hard. If we lose against Montreal all bets are off for missing the playoffs.

Nice to see the poll results so far. I must not be taking crazy pills. You know what really pissed me off? The lack of push back from these ******* rider players and fans. The Jeffcoat zig zag. The Riders going up to the fans after their TD. They came into our house and pissed on our rug. And the team let it happen. MOS's team let it ******* happen.
