Still love this team
Look at the weather conditions. Football in late November and early December aren’t optimal for offences. It’s not like any of those teams we played in the playoffs in the last three years moved the ball at ease either.

Still Struggling
It’s been hard me and my partner of 7 years broke up in September. Football is something I love deeply, I started a new career the same month that requires a lot of extra circulars outside of work hours; with courses to keep me busy to take my mind off things. I’ve buried myself into my work, and going to the gym in the evenings to try and get over it, nothing quite comforts me more then watching the Bombers play and to an extent the Jets play. As horrible of a feeling it was to lose in so thankful for every game I got to watch, every day I got to take my mind off and talk football with you fine folk, and most importantly I’m thankful for 2019 and 2021, the first two Grey cups of my entire life time. It’s sad that football season is over but as crushed as I am I can see the light and the good from it, as things slow down around here and there’s less courses and work to do I’ll have to confront my realization the love of my life and myself aren’t together but I want to let you guys know it’s been great to have this message board and the Bombers during these tough times. Sorry if this was all over the place I just wanted to speak my truth without going back to it before I lost my train of thoughts.

Grey Cup 2022 GDT
D is hitting hard. We’ll see if the Argos can make plays in the fourth after all these hard hits.

Grey Cup 2022 GDT
TSN really trying to push the Zach bad ankle narrative. Anything to create an even matchup I suppose.

“The best things in life are three” I said that random time at a resort in Mexico when I meet two ladies.

How would you coach to beat Winnipeg?
They should just knee the ball every play, and then punt! Protect the football I say 😉

Grey Cup early chat
I just love that he’s here having fun and is healthy. His body language is night and day different then it was he was going through his injuries. It’s crazy to think a singular move can change history so much. It’s not crazy to say ZC maybe hangs it up after 2019 if he isn’t playing.

No disrespect to Eugene Lewis, but come on man. Wasn’t even close.

When it’s all said and done I think Stanley has to be the greatest o-lineman in the history of the CFL. We’re witnessing a lot of history here; we just have to soak in these moments. We may never see it again.

I agree with you although I couldn’t help but laugh when he called people like Aaron Donald “freak daddy’s”

I’m watching the 2021 game. We were down by 12 with 11 minutes left and Collaros was cool and collective. What a surgeon.

2022 CFL Season - Back 2 Back Champs News
Calgary leading the league with 8 selections, good for 3rd and the west and their third consecutive year going 0-1 in the Western Semi Finals. All good let Calgary have their all stars, we’ll take another ring.

That 2019 squad was the definition of a Team effort. Gutsy efforts from all phases of the game that evening. It’s hard to call one guy more important then another when as a unit they played so well together. It was amazing to see them dominate all game long.

2022 CFL Season - Non Back 2 Back Champs News
I never said he was the next one. In my other post you can see clearly I’m not even sure he’s a starter in this league, however as a back up quarterback he’s done everything that’s been asked for him. You just named some of the best quarterbacks in CFL history. If the standards are is he going to be an all time great based on what I’ve seen I would say no probably not, but he’s a good back up QB who got the job done in the limited opportunities that he’s had.

2022 CFL Season - Non Back 2 Back Champs News
He played well against BC as well. Whether or not hes a starting QB in this league that remains to be seen but he has good intangibles, fairly mobile in the pocket, and unlike a guy like Farjardo he has the arm strength to make those tough throws. Don’t know what else you want out of your back up. He came in to win us the game in a pinch, and put up a 300 yard passing game against the second best team and defence in the league.

Came in and drove the field for a game winning drive in Ottawa. That was gutsy.

Agreed like fix oline is a singular problem and not 5-7 guys you need to be effective to make your oline work in an effective way over the course of a season.

A little thing called covid in 2020. I too try to forget that year.

If Dane Evans thought he had PTSD playing in Hamilton, imagine how he’d feel playing behind Saskatchewan’s o-line. He should go be a back up on a good team for a year and re group.

3 stars plus hh bc sucks
I’d give it to Mike Miller. Reminded me of the Grey Cup 2019 hit.

3 stars plus hh bc sucks
Kind of an ugly one like last years Western Finals but we were most definitely the better team today. HM to the home crowd who made it so tough for BC’s offense on the final drive there. That could have been a difference maker.

West Final GDT: Back to Back Champs vs Dome Boys
With his scrambling ability that definitely worries me in these conditions but I think Rourke played just well enough at the end there to get more rope.

West Final GDT: Back to Back Champs vs Dome Boys
As long as we don’t beat ourselves we will be just fine. We’re controlling the game on both sides, just can’t turn the ball over. All things considered… it was a fine half of football!
