the watcher got a reaction from itchy in US Politics
If this Pandemic has done nothing else it has shown the glaring difference in our two countries. Every time I watch the news from South of the border all I can think is " thank God Im on this side of the line ".Ever since Katrina I have been of the mind that we are watching a nation in its death throws. Violence, hate, anger, greed, an inability to pull together even in a time of crisis, a complete lack of empathy for each other. Its one of the few countries in the world that has allowed politics to take presidence over fighting the pandemic. Lots of mistakes have been made by many countries but always its been leaders TRYING to do what they think is right and best for their people. The real question for me is how far will the crumble go.

the watcher reacted to Mr Dee in 2019 GREY CUP CHAMPIONS!!!
I stand by my stance that in-game interviews set up by TSN are the stupidest idea they have put out, a close second to having Rod Black as a PBP announcer. The cherry on top of this poor decision was the Grey Cup game. Highly embarrassing for the CFL, the fans, and I bet poor Keith was regretting the decision to go up in the booth.
He’ll never do the CFL again. He might even write a half-assed half time song about that experience.

The Taiter makes mention of the fact that we don't have a first round pick or even a top 15'er because we lost our pick in the ZC deal. Well worth it I say to win a cup. I don't regret that one bit.

And most likely this was taken after a real 'hammering' they took by Bud Grant 's Bombers...He was seeking solace...They just luv us in Ham.

Or - more deaths are caused by the flu, diabetes, and cancer - some even mention abortions.
Together with clips of some quack, saying we just need high doses of vitamin C and D.
This point of view is the one I find most frustrating.

I'm 3, for sure.... Down the middle is always the best way to be. 1 and 2 are difficult to deal with at the best of times, in any situation.

Three responses to COVID 19 are happening:
1. This is all being blown out of proportion by (insert favourite scapegoat: media, liberals, scientists, etc) and people taking precautions are acting like wool producing mammals.
2. We're all going to die! Let's buy as much stuff as possible! Where's the hand sanitizer!
3. Let's stay calm, trust the science and be proactive
The challenge: having dialogue with all three groups.

What's the hurry for him, the season hasn't started yet.

I love the strategy of having to decide to return the kick or give up the point. Plus those missed field goals returned for TDs are some of the best plays you'll ever see.

Like mentioned above it's origins are in Rugby, just like the rest of Football. At the end of the day the point of the game is to get the ball into the end zone. Missing a field goal does that. A 1 point reward seems reasonable.

We must never mess with the 'Rouge' - it may serve no real purpose but most importantly it is not American and it confuses the **** out of Americans... therefore it is critically important to the Canadian game.

Having 3 brothers named Daryl would be ridiculous, the one who speaks is named Larry.

The American judicial system is a reflection of their society, and if you think about that, it is pretty damned scary. Jailing peopl e has become big business and Democrat presidential candidate Tom Styer has gotten wealthy from it.

Personally I see it as:
1: WPG - Champs should always be #1 before the damn season starts. Especially when the entire team is retained.
2: Ham - Could make a case for #1, but at the end of the day they aren't the champs.
3: CGY - Still have the making of a contender, though they have a lot of holes on O right now.
4: SSK - Can't justify Edm or MTL being ahead of them right now.
5: EDM - EDM and MTL could be swapped at this time and I'd be fine with it. But Harris embarrassed them in the play offs, so here we are.
6: MTL - See above
7: BC
8: TO
9: OTT

As regards"plethora", I think I posted this before but.....
During a funeral service, the widow asked if anyone wanted to step forward and say anything. The deceased's best friend stood up and said, "May I say a word?" and the widow nodded. The friend strode to the front, said. "Plethora" and sat down. The widow, eyes brimming with tears, responded, "Thank you. That means a lot."
