Didn't see the game yet; have only seen the gif of the play that the Rider blogger dude on that CFL forum put up.
For 14 yards - from the Bomber 51 to the Rider 47, Cox has his arm over Dressler's and is applying leverage.  Not much leverage, but some.  The entire time it is his arm over Dressler's.  Not hand fighting.  And it is all totally unnecessary on Cox's part.
 
It is pass interference.  It is the bare minimum of pass interference.
I'd prefer something like that never gets called against any team.
If it has to get called, I'd prefer it get called against the Riders when playing the Bombers to cause a heart-crushing loss.
Guess I'll have to settle for my second choice...

I would love to know how it's possible that RP hasn't seen any kind of disciplinary action from the league yet......even if he was hiding behind "freedom of the media", he's gone much too far. Just because you're media and you're expected to criticize things, it doesn't give you Cate Blanchette to just say what you want, when you want...

After the game, I logged on while I was in my hotel (I was pretty drunk, I can't deny ) and read about 4 or 5 pages of screaming and whining that they got robbed, we got handed the win, blah blah blah.
So I wrote "hehe"

Maybe you should rescind the invitation to your idiotic coach, as he's got far more to do with your dumpster fire of a team this year than Jeffery Orridge does. It blows my mind that you guys despise Orridge as much as you do, he's got nothing to do with why your team is such a disaster. Thank god I've realized that the keyboard warriors who represent Saskatchewan really have nothing in common with the fans who sit in the stands, because I yet again had a wonderful gameday experience in Regina this weekend. The more I watch the replay of the PI, the more I am convinced it was the correct call. Even after the game I thought maybe we got away with one, but the Rider DB is basically hooked onto Dressler's arm through the entirety of his route. It can't even be called hand fighting because I didn't see Dressler do anything but try to get his arm free.
The most hilarious part of the whole Rider fan meltdown is the lack of acknowledgement of the fact that, contrary to everything they have told themselves over the last few years, they are not special. Actually, I take that back. Two losing seasons has resulted not in the usual calls to fire the coach or the GM, but rather the mass production of tin foil hats, boycotts and misguided petitions to the league they claim to have created.
They are special.

It seems like strange coincidence to me that the o-line (sacks and running game) suddenly got THAT much better the second Nichols took over. I get that we have Bond in for Paddy McInjuryFace, but I don't see Nichols panic as much under pressure as Willy seemed to. And as much as the run opens up the pass, it goes both ways.
Oddly, the things we were hopeful for (better long ball accuracy) and worried about (more picks) haven't really materialized under Nichols. He seems to be operating the same ball control, short passing offense that Willy was, but doing it just a bit better.

When the score was tied with under a minute left, why didn't we take a knee?

Let's just put things into perspective. We're now 6-4.. On a five game winning streak. We beat the riders at the labour day classic for the first time in 12 years. Today is a good day to be a bomber fan. We have a lot to be proud about!
