Pretty sure coldest NFL game is colder than the coldest CFL game. The only one I could find for CFL was 1970 west final in Regina was -35 with wind chill. 1981 AFC championship game was -38 with the windchill.

As a suffer of migraines not much hospital can do. Just have to take meds rest and let them pass.
