Not sure about BCs strategy. They really need Rourke to be good, or this spending spree will be meaningless.

Masoli to Ottawa is a good move for them,  he's good at moving from the pocket and throwing on the run.   A significant upgrade over Nichols and Davis. 

Kito Poblah got mentioned in a thread, and it reminded me about this. He runs a winter travel team for jv and varsity age players. Don Burrell, another former Bomber, is the varsity team's head coach.

I have to 100% disagree with this. The CFL is much, much worse.
Their play clock starts immediately.
We have to wait for the refs to blow it in. I see way too much standing around in-between games whie the refs have a chat when the ball should be placed and the clock ticking.

100% same boat. Was so close to giving up once upon a time and legitimately believed we'd never see a GC in my lifetime. 2019 made me believe anything was possible. Absolutely anything. This year I truly expected a GC win, and was/am mad that it was even that close. Definitely celebrating way more, because I expect it now. This team isn't just good, it's a large gap better than the rest of the league.
