I don't think Elgersma has anything to do with it... They brought in a bunch of Americans to compete. Even if TE was in camp, it's a stretch to expect him to be a #2.

Woulda loved AJ Allen but the Bombers are fully committed to Tony Jones and Kyrie Wilson for some reason... But anyhow... Kyle Walters up there taking batting practice this morning and dropping them all 450ft over the left field wall....

It was only ever about usage... He was a perfectly serviceable player, but being asked to do way too much in recent years.

Imo, he is being unfairly criticized for playing a role that his coaches asked of him. He signed a contract and went on the field when he was told to do so. We can hate the role he played but now it is carrying over into dislike for him personally and that isn't fair for us to do.
Also the whole "he's a giant fat mess" thing somehow got stuck in him. Have you ever seen him in person? He really isn't. He's just built like a whiskey barrel...

I'm not a Schitts Creek person at all, but she's an absolute icon of Canadiana. SCTV and Home Alone are what I associate her with most. Jeeze... 71 is just WAY too young unless there's some kinda underlying illness, but she's been really active with The Studio, and it sure didn't seem like she was having any issues.

My wife's and my contributions by way of Kilter Juicii's at the games should pay for at least one back up player....
