Do we know if the Ops Cap is going up for 2024?
At the very least I think it should increase about 150k a year to help retain existing staff.

You can't bring him into camp with idea that you might replace him. No way you can pay Brown and Collaros and have them fight it out.
You need to make that decision now, and build the team around it. That's way too much money locked up in one position and neither will want that.
Has anyone mentioned that Collaros is guaranteed 250k in 2025?
Also, Zach might be due an off-season payout in 2024.

I think it was all covered. Zach should have either taken off or thrown it away and they kick the fg.
Terrible play call at any rate. Running the ball would have made the most sense.O'Shea talked about how they didnt want their offence to be predictable and thats why they threw the ball.
I agree though, in the last game of the season have Zach run with it.

I wonder if these shows can do as close to a 22 episode season without breaks between January & June? Or if that is even the plan? The TV season now has a fall & winter break to stretch it from September to May anyway. Plus throw in unscheduled two or 3 week breaks dujring the season as well. Usually the longest break is after mid November to Thanksgiving in the US to the first week of January & then another long break in March. Then back at it to finish the season in May with the last 4 or 5 episodes. The actors should be well rested as they've been off since April. Some may even want to get paid.
This is from the article on Blue Bloods:
Coming off a double Hollywood strike that reduced the sizes of the 2023-24 scripted seasons to 10-13 episodes each — with a number of CBS shows only doing 10 — the network is giving two of its top series that are coming to an end, Blue Bloods and Young Sheldon, a proper sendoff with expanded final seasons. As Deadline reported last week, the Big Bang Theory prequel’s seventh and final season will be comprised of 14 episodes.

Changes will happen cause some players need contracts some will retire and some will be told to GTFO, looking at you Navy Seal and crappy Punter
Only 3 rookies in the line-up and none of them made a huge impact.
Hopefully theres some new talent next year.

But the Riders have the nicest dressing room in the league and a barber shop. Why would a player want to go anywhere else?
