Honestly the narrative in here is pretty amusing - you think management is considering firing or even "reining in" Mike O'Shea while the team is in a period of unprecedented prosperity? When they are selling out games while the Jets' attendance is the subject of league wide consternation in the NHL? While half the teams in the CFL (at least) have sub-20000 crowds on a nightly basis? No one in the Bombers front office is even considering suggesting a change to Mike O'Shea. When the casual sports fans in Winnipeg are saying "why can't the Jets be more like the Bombers?" that means the team is doing okay. There are five Bomber fans unhappy and they are all localized within this forum. O'Shea will do exactly as he pleases, as long as he wants.

Even at the beginning when the fake Johnny Augustine got hurt, the injury was brought to you by something 😂

I just think it’s weird that you want to start Jake Kelly or Miles Fox because they can “grow into” a role but you don’t want to let Kramdi “grow into” his role and you didn’t want to let Evan Holm “grow into” his role.
The messaging is inconsistent and let’s be honest, it’s no different than the major beef you seem to have with O’Shea: he plays favourites. So do you, they just aren’t his favourites. At least admit it 😂
 

Kramdi is not anywhere near the worst problem on the roster. Sure maybe they could get someone better there... but he wasn't a liability.

Really don’t get the Kramdi hate. He’s solid. Always around the ball. Does his job well. You need the reliable guys just as much as you need the flashy guys, they set the flashy guys up to make those big plays.

Every statement from Bluto is more douchy than the last.  I pray this guy doesn't have adaughter.

I think a lot of it has to do with 2 things. 1- sign of the times. SA/SH is being taken Uber seriously which is appropriate IMO by today's business world(well the good ones anyway) and 2-violence, while being limited, is still very much a part of today's game. Harrassment is not at all part of the sport especially with staff that doesn't play. 
It's embarrassing at this point.

Both sides (at least according to her lawsuit and the Argos statement of defense), say at least some of the incidents happened in front of others.  If the investigation got confirmation of what happened (one way or the other), it's no longer a he said/she said situation.

What an insanely absurd thing to write after a workplace investigation was completed and especially coming from someone who doesn’t work there. 
 

The league investigated and obviously found what she said to have merit or they wouldn't have suspended the guy they tried to make the new face of the league. You say you neither believe nor disbelieve but are clearly lying.
