Lead him where?  The defender is over top, no issue with the throw, Demski needs to turn in on his right shoulder and get upfield.

The qb would also have to find the mlb pre snap too right? He’s gotta figure if he’s coming on a blitz, spying or taking the rb off the snap. Unless I’m way off base on that assessment 

I don't see that happening. CFL rosters are too small to mess around with a gimmick system like that. When you have to play starters on your special teams, you aren't going to use up a position playing a 3rd QB in a non-QB role. Why have a QB who does nothing but run when you can have an actual running back? If a QB can throw well enough, then make him a QB. If he can't, you don't want him on the team instead of an Augustine or Oilviera.

One thing people over look is the fact that Matt was also only averaging About 25 passes a game. Now he completes passes at a 70% rate. That’s about 17-18 completions a game. It’s pretty hard to throw for 250+ or 300+ yards a game when you are only expected to complete 18 passes. I think people over look the game plan that it wasn’t meant for a huge passing game and is based on a strong run game and tons of short throws.

So what about the past years when Nichols has led the team to winning records? Or who is to say they wouldn’t have been hosting the wsf or wf if Nichols doesn’t get hurt? Obviously it’s impossible to tell bcuz he never played those games, but to say he hasn’t done anything significant is kinda silly.

What's truly impressive about Strev's running is doing it with Northern Skunk's head jammed that far up there....

Oh for sure, this 2 qb system is effective in our offence. 

Before he got his brains scrambled and all the other injuries he had yeah Collaros was easily better, but that guy doesn't exist anymore so comparing careers doesn't tell the story of today. 

Show the stats from his first two playoff starts. (Hint: wasn’t his fault they lost) 

Strev is no where near accurate enough to play in the NFL ...and in no way can his throwing or running even be compared to Lamar Jackson.
Strev is a warrior but I don't think a full time starting job is even going to pan out for him in the CFL.  Even with some more development I just don't see it - he will always be a scrambler cause he is so good at it but that is going to get him on a short path to the medical tent and  the injured list...GM's know that.
He will be a great backup / short yardage guy who can break the game open in a couple of plays but that is it.

and 2 of Nichols playoff losses were better performances than we got in the 2 wins...
 

What did he do that’s racist? 

Whether you agree with what he said or disagree, this whole idea of “cancel culture” needs to stop. 

Tackles have stayed the same all season. Nichols played with gray, speller, couture, and drew on the inside. Strev and collaros have played neufeld, couture, speller and drew. So I guess I’m wrong on the sense that gray and neufeld. Have been switched. Also I would disagree that the online play has gone done.
