Just personally as I live in Alberta, I have a deeper rooted hatred for Bo Levi & the Stamps than I do for the Bombers. Being raised near Calgary has led me to hate any fan of any team from Calgary.

Yeah, I'd never cheer for the Riders in a million years, tho it's not so much an "arch rival" thing so much as I just hate every single person from that province, because of the Riders, full stop. 

It almost seemed like the Riders were faking injuries again to their defensive players. They had some timely injuries in the second half.

What’s getting me 24 hours later is party like at atmosphere the whole game. One of the things I will always remember. 

The noise....the electricity....the atmosphere....totally unmatched in this league....rewatching on T.V doesn't even do it justice, but still comes across as crazy loud

Hear a Fajardo interview before the game where he said something about how they were a team and how nobody points fingers when things go wrong...  wasn't he the guy moaning about the fact that his receivers couldn't come down with the "50/50" throws?

I'd like to recognize Collaros for his effort in tracking down the guy who picked up the ball on Wolly's fumble.  Full marks for not giving up and getting the guy out of bounds even though he had blocker or two with him.

Can't wait to see what he does for an encore this year.

My voice is raw today...there was a lotta screaming in 227, along with many many cowbells and a couple of the plastic horns. Loud n proud, baby....

Happy Honker to Sara Orlesky for standing on that sideline freezing all game, including doing the post game interviews in that wind chill, AND THEN heading over to the arena to work the Jets game.  They grow em pretty tough in Winnipeg....lol...
 

There were questions from a number of fans on Twitter regarding why Whitehead would be in Winnipeg to celebrate the team’s playoff win. He even wore a Blue Bombers toque despite being under contract with B.C. (though his contract expires in February).
Whitehead responded to Stephen Safinuk of the Piffles Podcast, explaining that he was there to support Rasheed Bailey, his friend and former roommate. Bailey ended up leading Winnipeg in receiving, notching three receptions for 56 yards and a touchdown.

I agree.  Especially in those kinds of conditions when the ball is a frozen slippery brick to begin with.  When Bailey caught that ball I was yelling at my screen "GO DOWN!!" because I could see the same thing happening to Bailey as happened to Woli, and sure enough, in comes number zero on the Riders and punches out the ball.  If you have first down, just go down on first contact, don't let the second man come in and punch out the ball.

Best was at one point Bob goes "that's enough you two" getting brown and whichever guy it was to stop the gushing.

Was so nice to listen to the players on the post game wish Bob well in retirement.  Collaros especially I thought had a really nice comment about how awesome Bob was when he was a rookie with the argos playing in winnipeg. Truly Irving is an all time sports broadcaster.

I think Darvin hangs em this yr, especially if we win, and Lucky...slides right in there...Lawler..Bailey..Lucky...with our 2 canadians, as well as Grant on the roster....yup yup...Also, fully expect another year of Harris...maybe a nice rotation of Him and Brady which will keep both fresh in game...and beat the snot outta teams all year long with our o-line
