So Grymes would have scored a TD for sure but nothing else would have changed and we would have lost? Whose to say if he did do that, the Bombers don't mount a game tying TD drive?

It's really difficult for some that the Bombers keep winning. They're here trying to convince us that they're bad, as they usually do. They really want them to lose. 
Typically, we only see them when the Bombers lose but, since that isn't happening, they're just going to dump on them when they're winning. 
It's exhausting.

apropos of nothing, I really like how TSN is shooting field goals from behind the kicker now.  It really brings home what an athletic feat kicking is ... those goalposts are tiny at 40 yards...

Man they played the Derel Walker interview on CJOB and its even worse than previously thought. On top 9f saying the Bombers aren't that good, he completely threw the offense and QB under the bus. Said he's doing his job... Not his fault. Yikes.

Let's talk to the Reklaws about how their album just sold 12 copies, while Andrew Harris rambles for a 90 yard TD....always a fave (that actually didn't happen, but any time spent talking to the Reklaws while a game is going on is time wasted).
But the classic gold standard for awkward in game interviews was the Keith Urban interview in the 2019 GC with Glen Suitor slobbering all over him.  The part where they ask Keith to do some color analysis, and he just stares at the camera not knowing what the hell is going on.  It's just so cringe and the only part of the GC that I fast-forward through now on re-watch.  

Its funny because to get into any of the medical programs there is a list of vaccination that you need to take.  So the health system already mandates vaccines.

It was the need for Black to make up dumb nicknames for players that always bugged me.  The last straw for me was calling Schaffer-Baker "the play-maker Baker" or some such nonsense.  Like come on man.  Anyway, the classy thing to do would have been letting Rod bow out at the end of the CFL season, but I don't think anyone will accuse Bell Media of having a lot of class.

More Dustin Neilson and Marshall Ferguson I like it.

Miller, Walters, and MOS.....are simply total CFL lifers - they really understand how this league works, and what is required to succeed, and the will to just do it.  
We used to have way too much passing of the buck, a million entries in the ole Bomber book of excuses, and an never-ending assortment of different levels of incompetence........for so many years, on OB and here..... I screamed for, begged and demanded a culture re-boot for this team. 
These guys have done just that, and I couldn't be prouder.......

I think the great key to our success is knowing our team as much as it is knowing the players. Lots of teams can look and see talent. Some teams can predict how talent will project in the CFL. But no team is doing a fraction of the job the mafia is at projecting players fitment into their cfl roster. 
 When the bombers draft a guy, they know what role that guy will fill if they succeed. They know how to deploy them and it fits with what we do. Many times, my self and others have gone oh I wish we drafted that guy! And some times that guy is indeed a good cfler. But not soo much a good bomber. Some times of course other teams pick guys we'd love before we can, but over all we do an exceptional job picking guys who will fit what we do as a pro. 
And just like the players fit the team, the mafia fit each other. Wade, walters, mos, and all the rest. They are all in sync. 
In his book "the score takes care of it self", bill walsh talks about his first changes when he took over the 49ers job. He instituted standard operating procedure for every single job. It didnt matter if it was janitorial, receptionist, or QB. Every job was held to the same standard of excellence, and every member of the franchise was expected to fit the mold. The whole book is basically about winning culture. Id strongly recommend it for any bomber fan, the style of culture building is exactly like what the bombers have done. 

Yeah...Lawler will be on a mission....and If Yoshi can't go and we bump out Neuf, and add Gray then yup we have another Import option. I'd like us to roster Rosie...see what he has in him, and if not that then Agudusi for a look. 
If we go on the defensive side I am sure they add either Walker or Antighua....now in a perfect situation we sit Mourtada...Give Leggs this opportunity and add an import on both sides of the ball.
If Leggs still looks like he cant do both and regresses as opposed to progressing then we look hard into all kicker options out there

Same. I think you have to be careful with too much rest when you have the bye, but at the same time we gotta keep the guys safe and give the back ups and rotational players some chance to play. 
 Of note I finally saw some 2 back set used with brady and johny as an Hback in our heavy run /first down package. I wouldnt be surprised to see a miss direction run with one of them in the next few weeks. Fake toss to harris and hand off or shovel to the hback. Dare to dream. 

I would like it to happen so we can give some game (2nd half) time to the backups especially McGuire, Oliveira/Augustine and preserve Collaros and Harris for playoffs and Grey Cup.  

Not this week. Only MTL and OTT is playing this week. It's only a 5th loss by MTL if that happens. IIRC, West team need to have a better win/loss record to cross-over. No tie-breaker is in play. 

So we have 16 points now. Calgary and BC can tie us in points and be ahead of us in the standings provided they win the season series. Saskatchewan and every Eastern team needs to get to 17 points minimum to pass us. Edmonton and Ottawa already cannot pass us based on the tiebreaking rules. So, although they have not mathematically clinched a crossover playoff spot yet, for the Bombers to miss the playoffs ALL of the the following needs to happen:
- Bombers lose every game from here on out, including to Calgary by 3 or more points and to BC by 22 or more points. 
- Edmonton loses every game from here on out
- Ottawa loses every game from here on out
- Other than games involving Winnipeg, Edmonton, or Ottawa, the remaining 6 teams must all get exactly these records in games against each other for all of them to finish ahead of Winnipeg:
Sask: 1-1-1
Cal: 2-1
BC: 2-2
Tor: 1-2-1
Ham: 2-1-1
Mtl: 0-1-1
The odds of all of that happening are so small that I cannot compute it  To simplify things, no matter what else happens, if the Bombers win one more game they clinch a West playoff spot. Win 2 and they clinch a home playoff date. If one of those two wins is against BC, or even if they lose to BC by 20 points or less but still win 2 games, they will finish number 1 in the West. So they can clinch top spot in the West within 2 weeks.
 

if we are going to miss kicks then we might as well just let Legs do it because at least he potentially has a future.
