... Or he would already be out with a season ending injury after getting creamed countless times per game due to the poor job done by the worst OLine in professional football

Well excusing the o line on the passing game and blaming Willy is a stretch....excusing the o line on the run game is a bigger stretch. The game is one and lost in the trenches. A cliche ? No o line blocking and no d line pressure equals the current result.

It's by far easier to list all those who should be gone ASAP rather than anything that should stay. Out of the ones to keep, most are mediocre, and could either go or stay. So here you go:
    Gone Yesterday:
    -----------------------
    Autistic Iron Mike
    Mouthy Family Guy
    Richie Prevent-D Hall
    Used Car Salesman Walters
The whole OLine except for Chung
The whole DLine except for Westerman
The whole linebacking corps, including Leggett
The whole receiving corps except for Mayo and Davis
The whole secondary except for Randle and Adams
All running backs except for Flanders

    Keep:
    -------
    Chung
    Westerman
    Mayo and Davis
    Randle and Adams
    Flanders
All current QBs (until someone better is found)

I wouldn't wait to the end of the year, or even game 3 to effect a plan to make these changes. I'd start making them using the following strategy:
    1) Bring in replacement candidates for the coaching positions now as "advisors" before firing each of the above. Have them work in parallel and make their own assessments of the problems, and then when they feel comfortable, fire each one of those losers on my list above and have the new candidates take over seamlessly.
    2) With the new management and coaches installed with a seamless transition, do the same for each of the players above targeted for elimination. Keep bringing in competition until you find a player better than the target, and then fire or trade the target.

Do it now, and use the entire remainder of this year as a platform to experiment and perfect the improvements by test driving coaches players and personnel people. We already know this team will miss the playoff again this year, so use the year as year 1 of the rebuild rather than making next year as year 1.

Start the plan to make the changes immediately.

Yes. This is part of the problem.
The whole mess is a sum of some unattractive components. After reading some posts here I am now thinking that to say it is any one issue or player is not correct. You can't really say that many of the players brought in are bad players individually, although there are always a few questionable areas every year on a given team. Equally, you can't say that coaches like LaPo or Hall are inexperienced or without previous success - LaPo had a good run during the 2000-2003 era. It seems like the personnel, coaches, and team philosophies do not mesh and as a result, the effort and execution are just not there. This explains why some of the talent brought in that was previously successful now fails, and why some of the players discarded from the Bombers end up playing well on another team.
The system LaPo wants to use will work if a team is built around it, starting with a QB and OLine capable of supporting that style. The problem is that I don't think Willy, the current OLine, or the receivers are a good fit to that style. Willy needs more time in the pocket and is more comfortable throwing 15 to 20 yard passes if he is given adequate time to do so. If he could start to complete those type of passes the blitz pressure would start to drop off and he would be more comfortable and more successful. There is nothing wrong with that style except it doesn't match well with Bombers other personnel selections and the direction the coaching staff has decided to take. If you look at BLM, that is the style Calgary was using to dissect the Bombers. Most Stamps passes were in the 10 to 20 yard range.
So who is to blame? Not LaPo, as he is just trying to execute the scheme he was brought in to implement. I can bet you that O'Shea and Walters asked what type of offence he intended to run before he was hired, and that the type of offence implemented met with their approval. One could even argue that it looks like the Bombers went out shopping for an offence very similar to Bellfeulle and that's why they picked LaPo.
I put the blame squarely on Walters and OShea, and indirectly, Miller and the BOD. Both of those guys need to go ASAP, and I'd really like the management model on the Bombers changed in the long term.

Bring back Mike Kelley as coach, Jim Daley as defensive co-ordinator, Reinbold as offensive co-ordinator, Taman and a few extra Subway napkins for personnel, and then promote Autistic Iron Mike to Manager of Media Realtions...
In some alternate universe, this is the "Dream Team" that will lead the Bombers to the first undefeated season and the Grey Cup promised land.

Walters and the OLine are the biggest problem, but now I don't care and wouldn't mind to see everyone from the BOD down fired tomorrow. Honestly am beginning to think the only way to fix this is to move the Bombers to another city under private ownership.

End of season, and perhaps not even then.
Fans show up in Winnipeg no matter how bad the team plays so there is no accountability on a government run effort like the Bombers.
The fans in Winnipeg are not very sophisticated and think a team like this is high quality. The acceptance they have for Team Garbage is why they have garbage year in and year out. Watch the posts on here saying how excellent this team is in a day or two...

I am not convinced Willy is the problem. He came here and was the player of the week twice at the beginning of the year. He started getting hit and his production went down. We were very unhappy when Glen was here and we ran him out of town only to wish we could have him back.
Glen gets very nervous when he's hurried or sacked so he too would be like Willy after a while.  Besides, he would be a very short term solution.
I really do not think our Oline is as good right now as Coach Wylie would like us to believe. These players might be good but  as a unit they are not so much. On one sack, Neufeld seemed to have been planted and when he did move it was only to push Jace who was trying to make block. The sack came off his side.
Having said that I am hoping things will be much better this week.

The way things are going, Walters & MOS won't be around to ever see Goosen & Waggoner become long time starters as they'll be fired. I just think rebuilding our OL is taking years too long. We need to find competent American tackles & guards.

The defense was bad.  There were many long drives by the Als in the first half and the time of possession was nearly 2:1 in favor of the Als.  Very few, if any, 2 and outs.  The defense also surrendered 300 or more yards in that first half.  They were lucky that turnovers and a penalty and a play away from the play kept the score at a respectable level going into halftime.  Irving commented on the poor performance by the D in the post-game show.

I don't think so. Montreal had already started to let up. The only reason they were moving the ball was because it was already garbage time and the Bombers survive by looking good in garbage time. That is the one talent in which they truly excel.

Bombers need a top-down clean out. It has to start with a new structure other than the BOD that can appoint a management and coaching staff that is something other than the rampant cronyism that has plagued the organization for the past 25 years.
That is unlikely to happen any time soon, so they will be lucky to win more than 3 games this season. You can count on another 5 or 6 years of rebuilding again after that.
Iron Mike Oshea = an autistic version of Mike Kelley 2.0

Garbage offense. Defense looked .. ok. Nothing terrible. If the Bombers actually gave them a little more time off the field perhaps they'd look even better. 22 points in the CFL when your offence is never on the field is actually not bad.
