Not sure, he was spending some time during the winter in BC I think. He sure took to winnipeg though. He was in full practices for atleast 1/3 of the year. Idk what to think guess we will see if he makes it.

If he does he will starve. He'd be a great guy around a camp fire but there are a ton of guys with a guitar that are far better than him busking for a meal. Live music went the way of the dodo bird a long time ago unless you are willing to play for peanuts or are an original songwriter good enough to get a recording contract (which Woogie is neither). When CDs came around it killed the live music industry. Bands get paid about 2/3 of what they were making in 1988. The going rate is about 100 bucks a guy per night. 150 on weekends.

Awesome to see woli sign the 1 day and retire contract. Love to see it. Dude was a solid receiver here then when he wasn’t here, not so much. Injuries caught up but a guy I consider to bleed blue and gold and a guy who truly embraced and loves this place we sometimes call a shithole. It’s dudes like him who makea me think there’s something special about the peg regardless of meth heads that exist everywhere. Does he live here still cuz dude truly embraced the peg and I think The peg embraced him Back. Prob won’t ever be truly healthy enough again but good for him to get a contract. Hopefully got a signing bonus cuz not convinced he makes it’s past camp healthy. Just seems to be bitten. Might be a good pickup for the Argos if he can stay healthy but I think not being healthy is why we let him go.

I'd prefer we go only 2 national receivers....The drop off from the 3rd Canadian spot and depth behind all 3 to a import receiver is far greater and makes us a weaker offense as a whole when you consider Corcoran or possibly some Rookie is having to take reps White..Pokey and whomever...with Demski and Neild/Clercius/Cobb is by far better than White...Pokey...Demski...Neild...Clercius/Cobb/Corcoran or some other rookie draft pick....and not even a debate about it really...And with the 3 Canadian starters...you have zipp for depth...at least with just Demski and one of Clercius/Neild u still have Cobb and the other of Clercius and Neild We could still go 3 import Oline guys if we choose and meet ratio as Eli/Neuf/BO/Demski/Neild or Clercius gives us 5 on offence, and any combo of 2 of Lawson/Kramdi/Bailey/Shay/Smith/ allows us to hit ratio...and here's a thought...actually use a Nationalized American on defence for 29 snaps as well and only have to have 1 true Canadian take a snap....far better option overall so hope Osh doesn't get this gotta have 3 Canadian receivers' going, cause we all know if he allowed to he will over use marginal Canadian over a more talented option ....ZC needs the best options available to him and guys who can make an impact and garner attention....We didn't land a Gittens...Brisset...Philpot to actually make that legit There are several import guys still out there who would make us way more dynamic, and a grimy guy like Rhymes too would give our group some edge and attitude...as from what I see right now...we dont have that...We flourished when we had an Adams...a Bailey...guys who got under the skin of teams and played with edge

Gotta be $. Although, and I know this isn't a popular opinion, I think he is pretty over rated.

Elgersma (if his agents had half a brain) should come here ASAP, train hard, work hard, and be ready if there is an injury to Collaros. Should he have the ability to dominate our game he has the same earning potential as Rourke at much shorter odds than the NFL. He can parlay his career into something that grosses him 7-8 million before he hangs them up but he's gonna have to take lumps for at least the first year of that. I can confidently, and with 100% certainty tell you that 7-8 million in the CFL will far outweigh any potential career earnings in the NFL he is dreaming about. We keep talking about the low salary he will make this year, while forgetting that is inevitable and shaving a potential 750k a year (if he were a quality CDN starter) off his career earnings and if he isn't a quality CDN starter in our league, then waiting for the NFL has no point either. That is the case with most football players. Not many go out when they should. Most need to be told, and that's just the make up of a football player really.

Not sure if that's how they want to go ratiowise but Rhymes would be a nice add to our group, bigger guy who can push off, I mean go up and get contested passes.

Yes, he has had a number of concussions but if he can steer clear of that he might be able to make a second comeback this season from the terrible year of 2025. Hogan isn't designing or calling the plays.

I don’t think he is, he’s had a ton of wear in his career. I’d say more than any other qb in the league. More concussions than the rest of the starting qbs in the league, hand injuries etc In a perfect world we wouldn’t have signed zach, and would’ve gotten better value the last 2 years. That said, we don’t have any options this off season. 100%, no excuses. Going into the year with a very strong offence.
