Why. He’s got more potential than both Wilson and Streveler. Why cut a guy who showed more in pre season than Wilson has in 2 years. Streveler can’t even make a QB sneak anymore. Why not. He’s already a better passer than Wilson and Streveler. I’d imagine if he signs he’s on the AR or 1 game. He’s not gonna come up to sit on our PR.

If he was cut tho dude should just say F you and come up here cuz he looked like the best QB Green Bay had and I understand it’s pre season but was pre season for the other QBs also. like at this point what can a Canadian QB do cuz Elgersma was basically flawless and still cut for a guy who looked worse.

honestly idk. the ldc/bib is heavily skewed towards a split. the only firm statement i see is if some one sweeps. other wise i expect us to be in a similar position in 3 weeks. Id say we have a 80% chance of being 1-2, a 5%chance of going 0-3, a 5% chance of 3-0 and a 10% chance of 2-1. 7 teams are with in 3 games right now. if we go 0fer we are still in the play off picture. if one of the 3 win teams goes 0 fer their season is over. if the riders go 0 fer they still are in the hunt for a home play off game.

Our QB is definitely better than serviceable on most days... I still believe that with even a modicum of help, he's top tier in the CFL...

I don't expect to have a top tier team/QB every year, it's not realistic. I do think they will make the playoffs this year.

I'm fortunate have grown up in Pinawa with one of the finest public tracks in the province. Played some real good ones all across the province, while living in Brandon, Dauphin and Morden. Currently playing Cobra irons, Taylor Made driver and Ping Karsten flat stick. Hoping to upgrade this coming offseason. I've never had a hybrid in the bag and want to add at least one, if not two. Might also upgrade the irons which are 2010-ish, I think. The TM RBZ Stage 2 driver still smokes, so I'm not as concerned with upgrading there....

serviceable is a far cry from top tier, and still we don’t have the ability to add a bunch of players mid season. how would you retool mid season? placing each year isn’t really to do with a mid season retool or an off season one either

After the next 3 weeks we will know where we stand compared to teams above .500. I bet it's worse than how we compare to teams below .500.

The only +500 team (if we're counting that in the dipshit way) Sask has beat is Hamilton twice. And we haven't played Hamilton or Sask yet. Basically Calgary controls their destiny in the West. And either us or Sask sweeping the back to back would allow the winner of those games to control their destiny for at least a home playoff game.
