Yah, the real quality of a uniform design should be determined from the stands when there are 12 of them on the field at the same time. Not individually up close under perfect lighting. Clock should have ran when Ottawa lined up. By sending all those players out the way they did, they basically didn't allow ref to blow time in. I believe the ball was marked back five yards so they must have charged them with a procedure penalty, hence stopping the clock. Game can't end on a penalty.
