If time is blown in with 19 seconds or less left in a quarter the team with the ball can run a play even if the clock hits 0:00 before the ball is snapped. The RedBlacks then started to change their personnel which should have resulted in an illegal substitution penalty. Time has to expire while a play is going on. Not as bad as the Edmonton player holding his hand up for the cameras with one finger going a really weird way.
