Sorry if this doesn't warrant a new thread...

Our D-line has been a problem since Doug Brown retired. We haven't had that type of presence up front since and it's shown. Our D-line gets little to no pressure and exposes our smaller LB's.

With free agency pending is there anyone to help fill that need?

B.Turner seems to be regressing without Z.Anderson by his side.

"Swaggerville" was in it's heyday when we had great pressure up front. Imagine how many picks J.Adams might have bad if he had a few more seconds...

More importantly than FA, what are odds of Bilukidi and/or Mulumba coming north...

Bilukidi is the better bet to be here next year. He's had a few workouts since getting cut but nobody has signed him.

Mulumba is on the last year of his contract and wants to stay in Green Bay but he's been a healthy scratch quite a bit this season so I guess there's an outside chance for him too.

I wasn't too impressed with Peach this year, the trade A.Hall for Neufeld wasn't worth it IMO.

But there are some interesting names of potential FA's out there.

Sewell comes to mind...

....Bilukidi would be a nice addition as would Mulumba ..Some pretty good linemen in fa as well....Capicciotti  in Ottawa or Laurent in Hamilton would look good in bluengold.... I'm sure we'll go after one of them...

Shologan would look good in blue and gold

Backup the money truck to Mr. Laurant's house

I wouldn't go in on Laurent unless I'm absolutely positive Bilukidi isn't an option.

I'd rather have Capicciotti

Laurents nfl tryout days are probably behind him.

Funny if Desjardins lost a bunch of key players to FA just to be able to laugh at him. I really do hope the shoe is on the other foot this off season.

Much to my chagrin Eddie Steele re-upped with the Esks. a couple of months ago.  Of all the MB. players to pursue he would have been at the top of my list as a much needed Natl.

Rotational player at best. Not sure he's even an upgrade on Jake Thomas

No one should ever forget that we could have taken Eddie Steele with the pick we traded for the rights to Alex Brink.

We badly need someone up front that is more than just a pass rusher. Someone to push the pocket.

It's been recently stated, by some O-Line types, that when he is healthy, Bryant Turner is "the best".

Will B Turner be back next year? D-batable.

What was our run defense ranked last year? I think our MLB could've and should've been a difference maker, IMO

Wouldn't mind going after Freddie Bishop III, as well as hopefully Bilukidi. If we got Bishop, Bilukidi, Harris and Heenan I'd be pretty stoked

My dee-line would love to feature two real possibilities... Christo Bilukidi and Justin Capicciotti. Two Nationals.

7th, definitely needs to improve.

Imagine adding Cappocitti and Bilikudi to Westerman. That's three NI's on D right there. No more Hurl at LB or Bucknor at DB.

Actually think Capicotti is over-rated and his stats are better because of the rest of the line
