Does Walters bring back someone previous or someone from eons ago which will look like a joke ala Michael Bishop or pull a rabbit and sign some early NFL castoffs. He has to have 4 qb's dont he? It scares me that the last time MB was here and this happened Jason Boltus was brought in. Think that type of player really. Portis is not mcuh of a help since he hasn't play any down in the CFL yet. He will still be a 4th string in our roster if he comes back. 3rd if they boot Brohm. Neg lister or NFL cut with the tools for our game.. Or trade for someone elses neg lister. Please no portis, no hall, no brink, no elliott, no boltus or anyone else who has tried and failed in the CFL consistently. TBURGESS Posted August 11, 2015 Report Share Posted August 11, 2015 We don't need to sign anyone as QB unless we can find an upgrade out there. Our PR QB just becomes our #3 QB. If we really want another QB I'd sign Smith because he's the best available guy IMO. In fact, I'd probably sign him, teach him the offense then get rid of Brohm before the vet cutdown day.
