Jacquie
Wild have moved into 3rd place in the division with the win. Chicago is one point back but with 2 games in hand. That's going to amp up the game tomorrow even more. IC Khari

Mark F
I saw a bit of the game yesterday against the Kings.... I don't know if it means much, but Minnesota looked like a much better team. They swarmed in the King's end. Maybe... Parise senior died a few months ago, and the son is on a mission to honour his dad.

sweep the leg
why not? I think they'll have blown their load, so to speak, with this big run in the regular season. I don't think they'll have another gear to go to in the playoffs.
Mark F
bleacher report says wild number 1 Recent Trend: Minnesota's been one of the hottest teams in the NHL for several months now, and that shows no signs of changing. The Wild went 4-0 this week and currently hold a five-game winning streak. Big Picture: Minnesota briefly moved past Chicago for control of third in the Central Division, but a Blackhawks win on Sunday bumped them back down. The Wild have been the best team in the NHL since bringing aboard Devan Dubnyk in mid-January; the team's plus-47 goal differential is 19 better than the next-closest club since then.
