I'm torn between "Yikes" and "lol" as a reaction to this...

What did Brink do to deserve this promotion? Or do they want to give Smith a chance to watch the game unfold before plugging him in?

If Alex Brink beats the Riders...no matter how.....the Rider board is never going to hear the end of it.

I seriously think Max Hall could do well in Montreal.

Hall at least, is a QB from the neck up.....

You guys remember the last time we played them? Or was I just so drunk I imagined that we won it on the last play of the game.

I don't see Brink's starting against us after he is destroyed by the Riders. Yes I would rather play against him than Troy Smith.

I'd think they have a better chance with Brink. Smith has been horrible this year.

I would much rather play against Brink than Smith. I highly doubt Brink makes it past this game in Sask, but I'd love for Montreal to come rolling in here with Brink at the helm.

 

Montreal is seriously the Bombers of last year. How many weeks do we give it until Jeff Garcia is starting? 

They are both awful.  Brink can actually make some throws though.  Smith only has the deep ball.  Easier to defend Smith.

I'll be shocked if Brink makes any difference to the Al's O.  Smiths still a better QB than Brink even with his accuracy issues.  I gotta admit I heard circus music when I read the title.

He used to.  I've seen a lot of misses on his deep throws this year.

 

Brink may be more accurate but he's not that accurate and has almost no physical skill to back it up.  I do not foresee any Montreal wins with Brink as the QB...

I guess the game we played them was an anomaly. I would rather play against Brink any day of the week, and twice on Sundays.
