Is this ever a guy we should take a run at? I really like Pokey as a receiver but not sure he's a 1A Superstar guy... Would you ever take a run at Hatcher as your #1 and then have Pokey and Demski as 2/3?

The sound doesn't really escape the current stadium. You basically can't even hear the sound from inside the stadium from the intersection of Bison Drive and Chancellor Matheson. You hear a low muffled sound and the Bomber games are cranked to about 15 on in-stadium sound. Like when one of the hosts or PA announcer is talking it's very loud.

You just know the new neighbours will complain. It's inevitable. There's always one. Or in a big residential area, a hundred.

Hmmm, it's no joke. People like to ***** & complain. Especially on social media. If 20,000 people move close to thje stadium then if it's not noise it'll be traffic. Or some other ****. Someone will be offended. Politicians will panic.

But what is happening that wasn't before is that these large stadiums are either part of or are being surrounded by residential areas. Which wasn't common before.There shoukld be a buffer zone around stadiums so that development doesn't occur literally just feet away from a stadium. Would you be happy if this kind of development surrounded PAS?
