I count 6 DT (Adams, Woods, Lawson, Thomas, Schmekel and Kornelson) and only 2 DEs (Vaughters and WJ). That can't be correct.

They may be looking at adams more as an  rotational end he had a great Preseason . He can sub notj tackle and end

As someone pointed out tho, hopefully the roster is just like this cuz we got a bye week 1. Some of the pr guys should be on game day roster. We can’t be stupid and dress WJ Vaughters Adams Woods Jake schmek korn. As our 7 DL can we? We can I fear.

If you’re at this depth of worry, time to take a break.

There’s plenty of long snappers around including Leroux.

If they kept him you’d be complaining they kept a roster spot for a long snapper and cut someone else.

They did keep a roster spot for just a long snapper tho. He’s just old now.

Parker is the corner and Vaval. Odd choice as dandy and Gowan were shutdown and not coming off injuries. 

I really liked Gowan, but he did seem to come up limping in 4th qtr last game

Between a week 1 bye and the fact that first 2 regular season games might as well be preseason i guess there is still hope they rectify some of the head scratcher moves.... Booch still owes us a Jake Thomas devastating knee injury...

Vaval is the only new recruit to make the AR currently minus the drafted Canadians (Novak smith shay corcoran) 

The others were all here last year in some capacity or free agent signings like Jon jones and Vaughters and Mitchell.

Who is Allen? Is that a QB or the guy from the Barbie movie. They appear to have kept a couple guys in waiting in person and woodbey so that’s nice. Oh cam Allen. I see. 
 

 

Cody Kase was the best receiver ? Hmm. Ok. Cuz I’m not sure we kept any new recruit other than Vaval. Osh be Osh ing a bit here. 

Case didnt take a snap in camp...yet he makes it?? Typical Osh B.S....and really keeping some of the vets who aren't impactful or dependable anymore...and definitely not the future is ridiculous...but not shocking.. osh keeps oshin

That being said keeping Person...Woodby...Cooley...was the smart move..shockingly made...receiver Hall should have Case spot as the development guy on PR..not having an interior guy on PR like Pointer who was arguably our second best inside guy as depth/development leaves us with no depth if one of Adams or Woods gets knocked...and just screams of lotsa Jake and Schmeck...which doesn't make us better...or deeper roster wise as they limited in usage...and usage they will get will be sub par at best...

Surprised we didn’t keep more dbs around. Only the safety Allen making the practice roster. I wonder if he’d be viable at other positions in the secondary.

Cooley Woodbey Elsbury. Global. Rest again here in some capacity last year or rookie Canadian pick (ball and vibert) 

they brought 50 guys to Winnipeg for literally no reason lol.

Wasn't Weitz hurt? We only need to roster 1 Global player. We can roster 1 more in lieu of a Canadian. That being said I'm still surprised Munier-Bailey didn't make the active roster given our DE depth

The logic might be that you move on from a couple at a time rather than all at once. But with the young linebackers we have it seems annoying to keep Wilson around.

Parker i would assume...and hes good

Logic would say you pick your best players regardless...good teams do anyway

Those last 3 wouldn't make any other roster...sad man

Bailey can...no one else s true end...we have 2 legit ends and 2 legit interior Americans...then a buttload of mediocrity...an average has been...a 3rd yr never was...and a first yr never will be

Another dumb move...leroux can be rostered in lieu of JT..Kornelson...Schmeck...and play all ST and be the injury replacement snapper...and likely do a lot of what Feltmate did in jumbo packages...but our dear leader can't let go to the past favorites and past their prime guys...

Let’s save the bitching about who is on the game day roster vs PR until they actually set a roster for a game. 
 

Glad they kept most of the standouts from the preseason around. Cooley, Allen, Woodbey, Vaval 

None of the rookie American receivers showed much on anything unfortunately.
