Week 11 - Blue Bombers (7-2) @ stumps(3-6) - GDT

CFL-2022-July-15-Winnipeg-Blue-Bombers-v

And the skinny from our man Tait:

Scene setter:

The Blue Bombers (7-2) and Stampeders (3-6) reached the midway point of the season last week moving in opposite directions. Winnipeg is on a three-game heater since the shocking collapse in Ottawa, including last week’s 38-29 win in Edmonton in which Dru Brown came off the bench to throw for 300 yards and four TDs – erasing a 22-0 deficit in the process. The Stamps, meanwhile, have lost three of their last four, including last week’s 37-9 mauling by the B.C. Lions.

The big news heading into this one is Brown getting the start for Zach Collaros, who did not practice all week.

  • That's unnecessary roughness, but a guy jumping on the QB's head is no penalty.

has he thrown to demski?

Both teams tho struggling so it's gotta be weather related

We're losing field position this half and I don't like it.

Can we stretch the GD field?  Have we even attempted a pass down the MOF…. The seems??  Calgary’s D is jumping all the underneath stuff.  Use that against them.

That was a dangerous pass attempt to Schoen.

Omfg??? How the hell are they get 30 yd plays to get out of trouble.

Hurts to let them off the hook.

Looked like offside.

Maier has waaay too much time back there. Gotta change that.

Buck also stupid at times.  Tonight one of those times, last week looked similar honestly until Zach got hurt

Great stop by biggie

D line needs to get some push up the middle

I'm starting to get a bad feeling in the pit of my stomach watching how this game is playing out.

Buck makes inane calls as often as good ones and gets stuck on stuff that doesn’t work. While giving up on what is working. Classic plop style out thinking him self.

Yes, but we keep giving up big plays every third or fourth Calgary play.

Get out

That's a bs flag

Looked like Calgary's left tackle moved early on both of their plays from near their end zone.
