we have run with 6 o-lineman pretty much exclusively....as do most teams....we had 2 extra for spells last yr...and 2019....but generally teams only dress 6 true o-lineman....that extra 7th is more a luxury if u do it

Steward and Ruby at guard for Ottawa don't impress me much.

Know what, add 0 with 00 and 4 with gauthier 4 and 4, it is 12. There’s twelve players on defence, including and surrounding the MLB. 

yeah that Ottawa O-line doesnt seem too stout and this is perfect game for us to rest Jeffcoat, and let new guys get feet wet while the Ottawa O-line takes time to gel...wouldn't be surprised if we rest him next week too if the newbies get pressure

Jacob Ruby is an absolute turnstile.... that OL isn't good, outside of their LT. Really surprised by Jeffcoat being out. As mentioned, Willie is going to see doubles (at minimum) all night, so in theory Mack has room out there...

conspicuous by his absence. Nobody's said a thing other than that he's not practicing. The daily injury reports say "Ankle", but that's all we really know.

Dobson is being hidden on the 1 game ir. I suspect they want kolankowski because he can play snap to the shot gun. If Dobson was the 6th it would be tough you’d have to double switch and maybe put neufeld at c. Dobson has played c in college last year a bit. But it’s a big step to the pros out of position. 
 

I’m a bit surprised they didn’t go with Augustine starting. But if they are going to rotate and I hope they are starting with Brady and changing pace with augustine is optimal. 
 

I wonder if wilcots or walker will be the scratch. Personally if ford and Kramdi are ready I’d keep both and sit Houston. 
 

I don’t like 6 ol roster or two qbs 1 specialist kicking etc. I’d love to see the cfl roster grow 4 or 5 spots. Even if 3 or 4 are ni. I hate seeing out of position ol qb kickers punters etc. doesn’t happen often but when it does the quality of game drops to a gross level. 

I’m so confused about who our scratch is going to be

Oh ok I get it - we don’t have one. There’s only 45 guys listed.

I knew it didn’t make sense because we have 5 American backups, which is the number you should have with 8 Canadian starters.

Ottawa only has 45 guys listed too so I guess the scratch is a thing of the past?

Yes teams have always 100% been able to dress a 3rd QB. Will they?? Who knows

Yes they can. Do not think they will. I think prukop plus one of Houston walker and wilcots will sit.
