Ottawa @ Calgary

Just in case anyone is watching, although it is right before ours too so, the bad and the ugly will be on TV right before the good and the best play.

Anyway, for all the Montreal bashers downing on a team who at least made last night's game entertaining (for me anyways), no you'll see what an actual dumpster fire looks like today.  The RedBlacks are just that.

I could be wrong, but I'm going to say this game will pretty much be in the books by halftime.

Singleton, Thurman, Davis, Johnson, Evans, Levels and Adeleke. Calgary has lost a lot of talent on defence.

Dude this is not the same old RedBlacks team we been seeing over the past few years.  You replace stud starters like T Harris, Ellingson, Powell and Spencer with D. Davis, Jennings, Lankford and Holle

Stamps D inploding

Breaks my heart ...

There’s still a lot of time left, but it would be great to watch Calgary lose.

Down. 3rd and goal from the 1.

Horsecollar there too.

When two bad teams play each other, beware of thinking that things might be ‘okay’

Calgary D definitely not the same D we saw last year. Big drop off.

Right side of Calgary's line is real bad.

Make a tackle Ottawa... you had the game won.

Calgary running out the clock

Calgary’s going to be riding cows, not horses this year to celebrate TDs..

**** ya!

Calgary had no offense in this game.  3 scores directly off Davis turnovers.

Well, I'll be FAQ'd.

Yah, Ottawa sucks for sure.

WTF Suitor said Davis was a 1-A for player of the game?!?? 4 Interceptions???

Calgary loses ... this is insanity.  Didn't TSN say they have been something stupid like 40 and 0 in home games between June and July?

I was going to throw some insults Ottawa’s way and predict the loss, but it seems Calgary intercepted that too!

Wooooo!  Is this the end of the Stamps run of greatness?  Ok, I might be jumping the gun as it's one game.  Let's hope it is though as they have been perennial Grey CUp contenders since 2008.  It would be good for the league if they took a step back for at least a few seasons.

So with that, are we about to watch the two best teams in the league play?

Big win for RBs. Big loss for Stamps. Davis looked very good despite the picks - not all of which were his fault. Good QB - he won't do that again.

He definitely did not look very good

Were we watching the same game? Davis had a pick dropped by a Calgary defender  or they were in position for one on nearly every play of the fourth Q.

When you lose to a team as bad as Ottawa, you definitely have gone bad ... Well to a certain extent.  I mean, as we've been saying, certainly we expected Calgary's defense not to be the dominant force they have been the last three years in particular.  But I certainly expected much better against the rotten RedBlacks.

But I say now, this leaves us with no excuse not to steal the bacon for first out here cuz they definitely are not running away with the West this time.

He was lucky that he didn't have a few more picks....  I don't expect them to win many games if they keep lobbing 4 interceptions and a whole lot of other questionable decisions.
