Im comforted to see several anonymous tweeter users saying Brassard sucks and Pens were robbed.  So Chevy!  Dodged a bullet!

Sounds lke the 1st was a requirement by Ottawa.  Will be interested to hear (if we do) what Chevy might have offered and if it was Brassard's choice to not go to Winnipeg.
