Interesting. I swear I read a tweet early in the week saying we came out of last week with no significant injuries. Too bad about Thomas, but great attitude to be willing to coach the kid up... 

Jake Thomas might be one of the most underrated under the radar guys on the team.

I think it's pretty clear at this point that you can't really trust anything MOS says when it comes to injuries

Shouldn't have to rely on him much unless Shologan or Cummings go down.  Riders don't have much of a running game so an occasional spelling shouldn't be noticeable.

Ed Tait reported JT pulling up lame  at practice with a foot injury this past Thursday.  Not related to last week against the Als.

I do remember the team saying he was going back to school and developing his game at a more appropriate level.  Nice that Tennant has been in the league a few years  so he's not exactly a raw rookie

Are you assuming Butcher is a better player than Tennant?

well, assuming he'd have at least somewhat better knowledge of schemes/playbook/etc.....but certainly, Tennent could straight up be a better player.
