neither Bighill or Wilson has practiced. Who is playing LB? you mentioned DT Holm has been taking reps with first team. Sup with that? Has Eli had an opportunity to steal a spot or is he firmly depth? Has Zach been distributing the ball evenly or keying in on a couple of guys? Has there been sets (on O or D) that show more than the usual amount of Imports, indicating that they’re trying to take advantage of the new ratio rules? Arw they sneaking in an import RB at times? Lining one up as a receiver? 2 back sets?

Still no Brady practicing either. And DT says Augustine joined the sidelines today too.

Yeah, just my 2 cents, but the issues I have with reporters has zero to do with what MOS says. I want them to be reporting what they see on the field, not what the coach says happened.

Could be, but not practicing at all is going to be concerning until he does.

Alright, so I officially have concerns about Bighill and Grant as players. Also the LB spot that was supposed to be filled by Wilson.

There's no reason to sign for longer unless you're a guy who can command a 3 year deal with guaranteed money - which will never go to a kicker.

Same defeatist attitude that Tburg had about preseason games. Of course no one cares about it when it looks like garbage and no one puts any effort into it.

Sure….but this has nothing to do with the team and has been an issue with both good versions of the bombers and bad.

DT is a great example of someone who actually put the work in to uncover more detailed information about games and players and made a career out of it. I imagine the beat writers are lazy because they think no one cares about that amount of detail in training camp, but put it out there and we will come.

I have been to many a bomber practice over the years - and the reporters are mostly the same - and that's exactly what they do. They're just there to hang out ( when they even choose to be there at all).

Keith Stokes had one of the best single seasons ever, but Grant has sustained his success.

I do think the alts were pretty horrible. There needs to be alternates, I guess. But I hate it.

I 100% believe that Harris is a much better fit for them than CoFaj. If they are actually self-aware, and plan and around their offensive weaknesses, they can certainly be better than Edmonton, Montreal, and Ottawa and make the play-offs. That's their absolute ceiling, however.

I get the reasons why we haven't had a guy top the list. There's reason it last happened when our team was terrible. It's still nice to have that guy. I would also have like Zach to lead the league in passing the last couple of years, but we tend to sit him and MBT took the lead each time. You shrug your shoulders because of the bigger picture, but it would still be nice.

My first thought was that they're giving him a shot out of respect for his service. That said, as a win now team, if a player can contribute something, the age doesn't matter. We'll see if it becomes anything. As for MOSjr, it is a little awkward. No matter what, he's a back of roster STer. The kind of guy that people talk about like, "Why is this guy on the roster instead of player x, y, or z?" It just sets up a bad narrative. But, at the same time, the Bombers, more than any other team, recruit guys solely to play ST. Even to the extent of hurting other position groups to keep guys they like on ST. So, if he had a different name, would we have given him the shot anyway? Hard to blame the kid in that scenario.

That won't happen because it takes away the possibility to execute the rest of the offence. They always want that in their back pocket.
